Consistently a great place to shop wether it's Instacart or shopping for myself I prefer Publix over any other chain. My kinda courteous, customer driven service I offer and prefer to have over everything!! Thanks again Publix y'all are always off the chain💚

Came here today, (now) to get a cake made for my 4 year old daughters birthday party. I went to the bakery and talked to a nice lady and explained to her what I wanted and she asked me to get a printed picture of what I wanted the cake to look like. So I literally went out to my car and drew what I wanted. I went back in and spoke to another lady who says it won't be available until after 5pm tomorrow because they have 40 orders for tomorrow. Same lady who was complaining earlier about something when I came and spoke to the nice lady. She was upset about something. Not sure what. I feel like she just took her frustrations out on me. She was not nice about it and was rude. I'll go to another publix. This one is 5 minutes from my home. The lady I spoke with earlier told me I could have the cake no problem by tomorrow noon.

When I went to the deli to get a standard sandwich, the lady at the counter had to have been a new hire because she had no idea how to make the sandwich that was post on the menu above her head.
She didn't speak English well, and kept messing up the order, and it took forever to get anyone to cone along to help.
Even then, I left with part of my order in a side baggie because she forgot to put it on the sandwich. I wish they had trained their employee properly on the menu before putting her at the counter.
