Overpriced, old looking, "grandma's couch" kind of furniture. Not to mention my wife overheard them say to not give a catalogue to us because we "probably couldn't afford it anyway." That's how you lose a sale and get a bad review at the same time. Congratulations

QUALITY FURNITURE – WARNING.We purchased a Kincaid custom sofa November 3, 2022 from Quality Furniture of Murfreesboro. Knowing it was custom we understood it could take 6-8 weeks from point of order as the contract stated. We contacted Quality Furniture January 9, 2023.The salesperson said she would check and return our call. Nope. January 16, 2023 we called again. She said it would be here the end of February. February came and went.On March 28, 2023 we wrote an e-mail to request a discount on the sofa because we’d been waiting for over 16 weeks. No response on the e-mail so we hand delivered a hard copy and asked to speak to the owner. Called again April 3, 2023 and were told the owner was not in yet. Finally the owner returned our call but refused to discount the sofa or cancel the order and refund the deposit. Finally, the sofa was delivered on April 20, 2023.Each time we, the CUSTOMER had to initiate the conversation. Never once did Quality Furniture contact us to let us know the status of our purchase. Talking to the salesperson and owner of Quality Furniture was a waste of time. The manger did try at the end to make things right but the owner didn’t approve it. 24 WEEKS! It took 24 weeks to receive the sofa! Although we like our sofa we do not recommend Quality Furniture due to the lack of customer communication, empathy, and customer service.

I came in after a bad experience with another furniture company, so I was hoping that the service here would be better. I am glad I stopped in. They showed me options for what I was looking for specifically and took the time to answer all of my questions. They were very nice. Although they didn't have what I wanted exactly, the service experience was great. If you are in the market for furniture, I would recommend this as one of your shopping destinations.

Lot's of boomer furniture and over priced. No one acknowledged us either--- let's be honest, that's a major turn off.

Retired and getting a knee replacement we thought a lift chair would be a good idea, but I cannot set in it, the seat is too hard and rapidly becomes uncomfortable, The total cost of the chair was around $1500 including tax, we called Quality Furniture to see if they would take it back or exchange it for another recliner. Our sales person said she would have to ask the manager who in turned said he had to ask the owner, and they would call us back. It has been several weeks and no response, I would recommend to not purchase any item from this store. Customer service in not in their vocabulary!

If I could give less than 1, I would. They don't follow through on anything they say. No communication whatsoever. They don't even answer the phone during business hours.

My wife went in and paid a down payment on a couch and chair they said it would be 10-12 weeks for delivery after 14 weeks we went in and got the cold shoulder after they confirmed that it hasn't even went into production we asked for our deposit back the owner was rude and we had to communicate with him through a employee he wouldn't even grace us with his presence but we could hear him raising cane while he wrote us a check back. Beware of these people. Read the order carefully it also states that if you seek legal action you are responsible for their attorney fees. What a rip off BEWARE!!!!

Very poor customer service. They delivered a sofa that was damaged. After promising to repair/replace the damaged part of they sofa, they failed to return my calls or respond to my messages. I contacted the manager and the store owner about this issue and they never contacted me.Update Feb 2021- store owner contacted me and is working on the issue with the damaged sofa. Owner was apologetic and genuinely seemed to want to help us get the furniture repaired.

I didn't make a purchase here. But I did want to contrast another review of here that said they weren't helped. After being to many stores I enjoyed the sales people not flocking onto me like vultures. We were greeted and there was an offer to help, but it wasn't forced. I also think many of the items had a good price to value compared to what I had seen.

I went in the store to look for furniture for my new house, and no one really offered to help or anything. I’ve also saw a few items on their website I was interested in and sent a couple of inquiries about. They either responded and said the item was no longer available (then remove it from the website) or just didn’t respond at all to my inquiry. I guess I’ll take my business somewhere else
