very pleasantly surprised. Had an emergency and had to stay here. for a 2 star hotel i found it very clean. everyone was very nice and the rates were very reasonable. Only down side was place was musty smelling especially in the hall ways.

We rented a room at 3am left around 8am. The room was just down right dirty. I have photos. Someone peeled the skin off their feet and it was all over the floor. Blood on one beds comforter. Bathroom was so bad there was dead aunts on floor. Poop in toilet and the tub was gross. We were so tired we slept for a couple hours and left. If you knew what kind of trip we were having you'd understand. I'll never stay in a Ramada again. Nasty is all i can say. The people across from us were in and out. Talking all loud. Then I ask for refund. And because I had to replace my debit card they won't replace $$. I also have plenty of photos

This Ramada is one of the best Wyndham properties in Murfreesboro in my opinion! Staff are efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable at front desk, for reservations and check in. Housekeeping is attentive and thorough. Beds are clean and crisp. Bathrooms have large amount of counter space, tiled floors, and good water pressure. New carpets installed throughout common areas and hallways were very nice. Pool is clean and safe. Can't say enough great things about my stay here. Will be back and I definitely recommend.

Do not go!Very aggressive male staff at front desk overnight.It was 4 of us including a child.When we checked in after sunset the older tall man with grey beard was watching an old grainy film that looked like male porn.The actor put his entire topless hairy slim body into the camera including his black speedo.He didn't try to cut it off out of respect with me standing there.Saturday morning,someone was in the bathroom so my son and I had to go downstairs for the bathroom.1st time the lobby door was locked and sad ring for assistance.He buzzed us in and asked what we needed.We said,just need the bathroom.I know he recognized me from check in because I got the rolling cart and he insisted we not touch it because we are upstairs.i told him we can roll our things to the stairs then bring the cart back.Disappointed because it was only 4 cars on property. I thought it was a hourly hotel at first. We used it and left Two hours later we had to come down for the bathroom again.Again we buzzed.Again he let us in and asked what we needed. I told him again the bathroom,someone else is using it and we cannot keep waiting for ours He said,we need to just go back and keep waiting. I told him i couldnt wait,i waited as long as i could.He told my 12 year old son and I he did not care we needed to go back to our rooms.I told him I could not hold it.i pushed the bathroom door,it was blocked off by something in the dark.i thought i was just weak. Pushed again and realized it was something he did to deter my entry.i told my son to wait here by womens bathroom.I heard the man still talking to my son. I rushed out and asked my son to use the womens bathroom he said no,let's go.As we started walking My son could not go to the bathroom, because Mr. Grey beard advanced into the hallway.He also told me the man said,he wanted us gone because we look like robbers and went on saying he feared we would rob him and that he is going to call the Police on us. I was shocked and could not believe this 6ft 3 260 lb man was afraid of people who he could see visibly prancing around for the bathroom.I turned around and went toward the front but not to the desk. I asked him twice did he say those things and threaten a minor child. He repeated what my on told me.It is the worst thing feeling helpless and threatened by someone who's customer service and accomondating nature should have been part of his job position.I am 54y and the other two people in the room are over 72years old. We could not sleep.Anger,disbelief and fear.Me checking our car's safety.My 12year telling me he hears creaking wood outside of our door.My elderly Mother thinking he is waiting on us to go to sleep and use his key for entry.All we wanted to do is visit family we had not seen in over 5 months. So exhausted sleeping at 4:30am-6am because we thought he should be getting off soon. Saddened to see at breakfast that he was still on duty. Rooms were not very clean.Sheets,chairs,ottoman with severe brown stains.Countertops&refrigerator were not cleaned.Cafe area for breakfast had a couch where someone sleeps,inside of frigerator,food containers or waffle maker were never wiped off before opening for breakfast The entire bottom floor was more than 3/4 empty.All of the windows were open and dark even in the daytime. The majority was put upstairs.All of the staff are unfriendly and some stare without words. Do not go even if you were as desperate and tired as we were not knowing what was on the other side of the doors that carried Ramada and Wyndam as their brand. My parents,son nor did I deserve the behavior from staff or the unclean rooms or dining Cafe. I believe non-refundable is very beneficial for companies and their staff that don't do their best or invest in quality staff,equipment or supplies. If he acted like that,we felt sure the owner management would not care enough to refund or change to a cleaner room.Security would have made the tall man feel safer from a senior citizen and young son.Giving staff a room to rest is more professional than the Cafe.DO N

Good Stay. 3 stars since TV was very small and outdated and AC blower was weak.
Enjoyed the pool!! Staff let us swim all day since we kept quiet and cleaned up after ourselves.
My first encounter wasn’t very pleasant with a younger girl at counter, did not want to accommodate to our stay so I had to explain that we wanted a poolside room and not a room on the road side with all the people they have living there. I had young children and came for a family trip so it seemed odd to place us with the rift raft just for the convenience of cleaning.
But overall this was a great stay, good breakfast and nice pool area.

Had a great stay. They saw us through a huge move with our elderly mother. They have a wonderful pet area to walk your dog. The pool was fabulous. Rooms were clean and fully stocked. The management was amazing and accommodated us when we had to extend our stay. I would definitely be booking there again. Three star luxury at two star prices.

My stay at the Wyndham was underwhelming overall. The rooms were average—clean but nothing special, with basic amenities and somewhat dated decor. The staff was polite and did their job, but the service didn’t go above and beyond. It felt like a place just doing the minimum to get by.
The biggest downside by far was the location. It’s one of the worst in town—far from attractions, with limited dining or shopping nearby, and not in the most welcoming area. If convenience and surroundings matter to you, this probably isn’t the best option. There are definitely better choices in the same price range.

My stay was terrible. I checked in late due to unforeseen circumstances. Not sure who “cleans” the rooms but definitely wasn’t done to any standard other than getting done quickly. The front desk attendant repeatedly asked me to bring the luggage cart back before I even got it out of the door. Was denied any upgrade, I mean I checked in super late on a slow night so why not. Then the room smelled so bad and there was a spill on the floor, a pretzel in the opposite corner ( a whole snack) someone used the side of the mattress (sheet) as a napkin. Asked for a late check out bc I had a job that was only going to take a couple hours, so I asked for a 1pm but really needed 2pm if anyway possible. I always strip my beds and buy towels inside tub and gather my trash. But the same front desk receptionist said she could only allow a 12pm check out. And the proceeded to ask for me to bring back the luggage cart. Then I couldn’t get ice bc there was so much mold I’m not sure how everyone isn’t sick. Hands down going back to Choice if I need a cheaper room but I knew better than to not stay at a Marriott. Wyndham you should rethink this partnership bc it’s not a good look for yall.
