Absolutely horrible place. Apparently you have to provide almost 3 weeks notice of leaving to receive any type of pro-rated refund which is all in the small print. Just be aware. I paid on the 2nd and left on the 6th expecting a prorated refund but apparently my notification wasn't advanced enough so they don't give refunds. Horrible business practice. Never experienced that before.

I wanted to transfer to a bigger unit and hope made me do that she went above and beyond to help me with the transfer and it was super quick and easy I didn’t know if I needed twice the size or just half and she showed me both units to help me decide

I’ve been paying $110 per month, and I just received a 30-day notice that my rate will jump to $190. That’s over a 70% increase — completely unreasonable and predatory.
