Absolutely regret bringing my business account to this institution! The nightmare of switching accounts is a lot to tackle but then to have such a poor experience only worsens the blow.I opened a personal account to then be able to open a business account, deposited a very healthy sum. Took TWO weeks to get a credit card approval- now that I have a credit card (I like to use for the rewards) I cannot even use it! What's the point of having a business credit card if everything is declined, then I have to use my personal CC (USAA) and it works like a charm. Hour later I'll receive a call from the Fraud Center asking to verify transaction -- WHAT GOOD IS THIS ONE HOUR AFTER I NEEDED THE CARD???The online layout is very amateur. If you open a credit card, they open two accounts (logic is off-- one card two accounts), one is the card and the other is to make payments to the card, WHAT?!Mobile app never works!! I was told I could use mobile deposits for my business-- HOW CAN I IF THE APP NEVER WORKS?!This place is the biggest headache! I wish USAA offered business accounts! I WILL BE LEAVING and it hasn't even been four months! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

It has taken forever to get our debit card. It's been well over a month. Me and my husband are having to share a single card now bc these people are too incompetent to mail things on time. We're considering switching to a different credit union because of this.

I tried to bank here, trouble at several turns, gotchas on fees, they take a cut of your money at the change machine. AND if you need help you will talk to a stone cold human at a call center who doesn't know you or give a rip about you.

Roy was a delight to work with. He helped me set up an account for both my sons as well as helped me navigate the Redstone app. I am very pleased with his customer service. He was very personable, friendly, and professional.

I've been a member of Redstone ever since buying a car from a dealer that financed through Redstone in 2013. This bank is terrible. Their website and mobile app are both laughably bad and provide virtually nothing of value other than the ability to view account balances and transfer money. Their interest rates? Terrible. I have a 761 credit score, no debt besides a mortgage, and do well financially and couldn't even get approved for a $20k auto loan. Mind you, I'm only a member with the bank because I purchased a car from a shady used car dealership when I was in college, broke, and had a credit score south of 600 (and yet somehow got approved back then). Everything they do has some bogus hidden fee- 'processing fees', 'convenience fees', 'maintenance fees' you name it man. They'll find a way to nickel and dime you. They will take days at best to respond to any problem you have, so it better not be anything time sensitive or you'll be in a world of trouble. Trust me here, go with another bank. This is not the credit union that will help you move forward financially and manage your finances.

This bank are in business with shady car dealerships. Can only speak for my situation with RFCU and Speedway motors that sold me an unsafe vehicle with bent rims front and back other vehicle. Promises or communication stopped with dealership. Redstone insist I work with the dealership. Which Wife and I initiated the case within 72hrs from purchased time. Contract and was not even cut yet. Redstone and Speedway used time as a leverage to lock consumers (Wife and I) into a spur deal contract. Attached photos added but the damage is more convincing in real time view.
