Very unprofessional and rude at this location
Came in for a transaction not going through and they didn’t help they said call regions (I’m already here ? ) to get it resolved !
Man at the front desk was very rude as well !
Wouldn’t recommend this location !

Have been sitting in the lobby for over an hr to have somebody send a wire . Worst customer service I’ve ever seen! 8 people behind me also waiting! Absolutely ridiculous! I would give a zero if I could!

The staffs was not even trying to Help....! I came to asking Help on my deposit check The deposit was hold for 8-9 days . too bad.. will closed my account as soon as the money got release.. No more Banking with the region bank.!

Slow terrible service. I just got done at pinnacle getting a new card and it was very fast. No issues. I come to regions to fix some issues and multiple people sitting and waiting and no one is being helped. Slowest service on the planet. Expect to set aside 1-2hours if your coming in person to take care of stuff.

Christie with Regions bank, Memorial Blvd, Murfreesboro, Tn. 37130, called me about a fee. She then explained the three different checking accounts available. My money is now in the right account for my needs. Thank you.

Region bank let scammers put charges on your credit cards, ruinning your credit scores and they couldn't care less about it, they even ask me to pay for those fraudulent charges . My credit score got ruined because of their negligence.

Regions Bank has no competition. They are without a doubt the worst banking company with the worst customer service on the planet. Normally the ATM's are out of service and they never have more than one drive up lane open and one person working the window. If their service gets any worse they might even overtake Comcast as the worst company in the world.

Ryan and many on the bank staffing at this location are excellent and care about their customers. Just down the road on memorial also. Very pleased!!

This isn’t about this branch but the company as a whole. The customer service is terrible and functionality of the bank is awful. The app doesn’t ever work. Let me help you when I say find a different bank from the start and save yourself the headache

ATM is always broken! 90% of the time when I go there, the ATM is Out of Service, "for over a year now". I've never had an issue with any other Regions Bank atm other than this location. Employees are usually very polite.

Opened an account on my name without telling me. I went to the other branch not knowing that I had a new account. The other branch manager said that the account is opened, I can not use it and have to talk to the Memorial branch manager to close it! Ridiculous! Very unprofessional

Not happy at all I was on vacation and had to pull money from my savings. I didn't have funds until this payday so my savings had a soft close on it but checking is still ok. I received no letter, email or notification of any kind. My direct deposits to checking and savings went in from my company. I tried to complete a funds transfer and wouldn't work. So I phoned and this is how I found out about the soft close on my savings. Now I have to speak to someone in the electronic funds department to get access to my money. Very unprofessional. Geez really.
