If I could rate -100/5 stars I would. -Bought a dodge journey. It was sold as a 2015. Found out when I couldn't look the car up properly, that It was really a 2012. -Check engine light came on 3X in a week and they kept "fixing it". -told them I didn't want the car. Refused to do a refund. Damn near refused to do a trade. I was up there EVERY DAY for 2 weeks trying to sort it out. (Mind you I live in Nashville so this was a waste of my time)-tried getting in touch with the owner, William (Bill) Koenig (which I had to look that info up on my own because Mike was no help) they kept saying he'd be there and I'd wait for hours and he'd never come. I even tried messaging the man on Facebook and LinkedIn I was so desperate. No response. -brought a male friend with me to help me so I wasn't continuously getting taken advantage of. The next day Chris INAPPROPRIATELY asks "so you must like black guys?" Then said "saw you brought your little brother. he was big! I told Mike we might need to go get someone who knows how to fight from our sister lot across the street" -FINALLY they let me trade the junk for a rebuilt ford fusion. (Which they still kept an extra $1k of my money in the process) -Then just when I thought my nightmare was over, Chris texted me after hours THREATENING me saying to bring the car back and that the "law is on their side" and that the "owner was pissed at mike" then he called me while I was at work saying "you need to get up here NOW" I said "I'm at work how dare you threaten me" he said "ok this is gonna end bad" and hung up on me. He messaged my phone until 9 that NIGHT with threats. I even called the POLICE to report it. I assume he was drunk. The next day he texted and apologized. - he meant to send those threats to someone else. To Guess who! The lady who they sold the dodge journey to after me! And it BLEW UP on her. (Which we found out cause my mom called him after I told her he was threatening me and Chris told her the dodge blew up on the next person they sold it to) so he was trying to threaten a lady when THEY were in the wrong. When I say this place is the absolute WORST- stay far away from them. To sum it up they're just alcoholics selling pieces of junk while lying and degrading people along the way. I don't understand how sleazy they are as people it's fucking ridiculous. No morals. Not a care in the world how they treat people. Must suck to live so miserably.

do not get a car from here. My boyfriend just recently got a car from here and we have had nothing but problems with the car since we got it we took it back to them to see if they would fix it they swore up-and-down, that nothing was wrong with part of it and the other part they said that it wasn’t their problem. I’m so over having to deal with this place save yourself the time and the money and go somewhere else. This place is fake. also, we took my boyfriend’s dad up there with us and all Mike did was talk over us and get in my boyfriends dad‘s face. So my boyfriends dad told them to just give my boyfriend his money back and Mike said “**** that” and we were telling him the whole time to keep this professional. They are playing with peoples money. Please do not go here.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! They are selling salvaged vehicles under the guise of it being just used without disclosing such facts. Not only is that ILLEGAL, it is immoral and unless you want courtroom headaches and financial ruin, best look ANYWHERE ELSE. The "repair shop" Riverside uses is not accredited, nor will they work properly on your vehicle. They install things backwards and incorrect so you are back in their garage in less than a year. Unless you have a good lawyer, don't buy here, because now I have to find one.

It's a decent used car lot, they have your typical 10 to 20 year old cars for sale at a semi high price but that's the market now everyone is high on prices. not the worst but not the best cars, they actually have a vehicle I want and I think I'll buy after I do my homework on it.

It's against the law to sell a vehicle that has been totaled. You sold this to my son knowing that it had been previously totaled.WALK AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!If you know anyone that has purchased a death trap from this place, get to checking your VIN#'S. You could very well be in the same situation.

In 2005, I purchased a 2001 Dodge Durango SLT. Here we are in 2021 and this Durango is still chugging strong. Call it luck or what you will but I will definitely buy a car from these guys again. Aside from regular maintenance, no major repairs. I know I will see you guys again!

Riverside motors and Jerry Lewis auto both owned by the same owner are selling salvaged vehicle's and not disclosing information. We purchased a 2013 Nissan juke with a bad turbo.the dealer took the car As it was smoking really bad and replaced a warranty turbo that was covered by the warranty but had a back yard mechanic install it.soon as we pulled off the lot the car still smoked so we texted the salesman and have a history of texts of him saying to just keep driving it it will burn off the residual oil after a few hundred miles.we drove probably a thousand miles and it never stopped so we took it back to the dealer and he had the car for a week and called us saying that the mechanic looked over everything and it seemed fine.he stated that to just drive a few hundred miles more.it got so bad to the point oil was all underneath the car and was essentially a fire hazard.so I called the dealer back and they said we could bring it in debt free not going upside down on another note.we signed a title on a 2019 Ford edge that had 4,000 miles on it.it was explained to us it was the most reliable vehicle on the lot but failed to disclaim it had been in a wreck.we only found that out because the car didn't even make it home before the transmission started slipping and turned out that it was going out because when the front end was replaced they failed to fix a component that cooled the transmission and it burnt it up.Not only that the air bags did not deploy in the wreck which is concerning as I have children in the car.we thought that was odd so my wife looked up the Vin number for recalls and stumbled upon pictures for the cars front end smashed to pieces.Needless to say we are asking to get our 2,500 dollars back and debt free on both cars but are getting the run around.I would like the news there to report of numerous cases of wrong doing and leaving multiple families stranded from broke down vehicles. In fact I intend to if the owner does not get this straightened out today. If we have to get the attorney involved we will.

My friend recommended Riverside Motors and they did not disappoint. I found exactly what I was looking for without the brand new car price tag. The process was easy.

I recently purchased a car from Riverside Motors. They were able to get me financed and explained everything along the way. I didn't think I could get financed but I did and got a better car than what I was looking for.
