First, I want to preface with I do not take reviews lightly. Good or bad, they are equally important when used in the correct way. I hope that other potential customers will see this and take this information into consideration when determining if to use this company or another.
My company has exclusively used Rocket Shirts for years now. Since they have been purchased from another company, all of their reputation and reliability has diminished.
First and foremost, they are blatantly lying when they say their order will take days not week. In fact, their order are currently taking months. We have placed a large order on 8/13 and 8/14 of this year, and as of today, 10/3, not only have we not received our order- there is absolutely no way to communicate with an employee on where our order is or if it has even been fulfilled. We also had this experience on our previous order, but after 2+ months the order did show.
Second, as stated above, the phone number attached is not a real number. If you call the number, it will tell you to push one for English, and after that it will tell you that you have won a promotion, and to either push one for the “promotion” or to hang up. You cannot reach them via email, via social media, via their website either. I would not take the time to write this review if I had any kind of interaction, and would be happy to take this down if I do speak with someone and can find our order or collect the 4 digit $ number reimbursement that we spent on various items.
Do not spend you or your businesses hard earned money here. There is no credible way of even knowing that this business is still functioning, and you deserve to spend your money anywhere else.
If you still see this review, then we have still not received our items, spoken to a representative, or received a reimbursement.

Really appreciate the level of care put into the shirts and customer service. I was behind on getting shirts ordered, and there was no way they would be able to ship them to me in time. I live about 30 minutes outside of Murfreesboro and without me asking the owner personally dropped them off at my door to make sure we had them in time for our retreat. This is why we should choose to shop local. Thank you so much!

I ordered an image and the one i received is way too small. This is also not the first time they’ve done it I just didn’t say anything because it was like a half of inch and not too noticeable now this is a whole 4 1/2 inches off Now it’s a week later and Shelby still hasn’t contacted me back via email or my millions of phone calls. Needed the image for a jersey by last Saturday. And it’s Tuesday. I didn’t even know their office was closed until I just went up there today. I wouldn’t give them 1 star. Don’t use Rocket Shirts.

Giving 1 star is way too high! After placing a pickup order, the store closed and customer service only allows you to leave a message for the store, which is closed! Customer service refuses to assist or research the matter. Big Frog Custom Shirts is way better.

My name is Heather Crumpley. I ordered a jacket for my dad that I put pictures of his dog on it. The jacket and the work done on the jacket with the pictures is amazing. The jacket I purchased is the most beautiful jacket I ever seen. My dad is on dialysis and is always cold. He needed a new jacket and he loves his dog very much. Thank you all very much for your hard work and wonderful job on the pictures. My dad will love this jacket! Thank you again. I will be placing more orders in the near future.
