Lady was nice until I didn’t like something and she became ugly, told me to be quiet and ignored any further communication even though I was trying to politely tell her what I would like done.

I will not be returning. I decided to try a new nail salon since I was already in the mall. I get my nails done every two weeks faithfully. I got powder dip on my natural nails as I normally do. My nail chipped 2 days in, I've never had dip chip. I went back and got it fixed well it chipped again a day later same nail now another nail has chipped so I'm over it I'll return to where I normally go b/c I have NEVER had dip chip and I don't do anything rough with my hands I actually type all day. The chipped powder dip is very frustrating!

I came to get a simple full set with white tips. The woman off bat was hiding in the back room not wanting to come out while the other woman was asleep in the chair. When she FINALLY came to do my nails 10 minutes later (keep in mind i’m the only client in the place). She then proceeded to start my nails while gluing half of them on completely sideways. When i asked her to fix them she said she would fix them with acrylic. she did not do that. she made them look 10x worse. She was extremely rude as i asked her multiple times to re do my pinko because i have a special event these nails are for and she refused to do so. I have came here for years and i’ve NEVER felt so disappointed with my nails leaving. It looks like both my pinkies are at a 90 degree angle. Horrible experience today!!

I was very unhappy with the service.
Generally, I am very generous when it comes to nail services, this is the first reveiw I have ever done because I thought this needed to be shared.
I went in and they were asleep. Then when I asked about the prices for nails, they told me way higher than online says. Then I asked for Dip and they waved me off. They also waved me off when I asked for shorter nails. They also got started before letting me look at colors (they have a very limited selection). I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Kim was so gentle and sweet! She did awesome on my nails too! My only complaint would be the website said 45 for acrylic short set and it was actually 60 and it says 10% off online too , but I didn’t say anything to her because that’s out of her control I’m sure and I didn’t want to take her money away from false/old advertising!

Honestly look better when I do them myself the pictures speak for themselves.
The basic pedicure was $ 53 on the book they showed me, but they charged me $75. I hate to be negative but what I got is not professional work.

Loved Miss Kim. I wasn’t too sure if wanted to try it but glad I did. Miss Kim and Miss Mimi were super sweet. My nails are gorgeous and they were very hospitable. Thank you ladies so much.
