Filthy, junky a completely disgraceful store. Clothes, paper, hangers, dirt on the floor, dust 3" thick on my buggy wheels where I couldn't roll the cart. Manager should not allow their store to look so bad. I'd rather pay double for a more pleasant shopping experience. Shameful, because I love shopping there, but I deserve better!

I had the Manger ask No she was screaming at me that I need to leave the building because she was not going to let anyone me come in and bully her employees because I asked if one of the employees was 7 years old didn't and I have a handicap people in my family. I would never do that. She tried to humiliate me in front of a line of people. There was one register open. One little girl working hard as she could. There's about eight people in front of me. 15 is behind me and this manager came up there to the register after I waited in line and screaming at me asked me to leave the building as I was just waiting for my receipt. She didn't say anything to me back in the fitting room where I ask her and she didn't say anything to me when I came out of the fitting room where where I asked the question didn't say anything to me while I sent in line even called the security guard over which he never came over cuz he was too embarrassed cuz it was actually absurd

I hate going into this store. The lines are ridiculous. I put back a hundred and fifty dollars worth of items because the place is dirty and only two lines are open. What, Ross can’t afford any new associates!? I would rather drag my bare butt against broken glass than to shop here. True story

If a customer has shopped for an hour. We would appreciate a nice cashier! The cashier was a short female. Very impatient. No eye contact with me. Slamming my purchases around. My cologne and lotion put on the floor. I don't appreciate the lack of cashier's. We saw two female cashiers. Verses thirty customers waiting in line. I'll continue to be a patient customer. Only because my son is with me. Next time I'll ask for a Manager. She doesn't deserve a job at Ross. Her attitude is unexceptable with me! Register 4 the afternoon cashier. She has dark hair shoulder length. The store was stocked and organized areas. Thank you Awesome purchases and prices.

This Ross’s manager was terrible. We walked in at 2:30 pm and some guy walked behind me and say we close in 5 hurry and get out. Everyone else was fine to us except the manager. Find a different Ross to go to.

In fact, I went to that store today, the clothes hangers were scattered all over the floors and the shoes were scattered in a mess that was too big.
