John and his assistant manager are awesome. They added to my experience as a transplant from Atlanta to Tennessee they help make it easy breezy ! John help me through every frustration in this moving process and so did the assistant manager when John wasn’t available. They always smile and its natural very accommodating considerate and their posture is consistent This team and the customer service they provide is elite! Every U-Haul store should have clones of the two . Magnificent Service 🙌🏾‼️

Came by here the other day to rent a truck to move a new couch I bought from a local furniture store. Because I bought the floor model, I had to move it myself instead of having it delivered, don't ask me why? Anyway, I called Uhaul, set up a pick up time, and was in and out fairly quickly. Great service and good value!

Horrible service, I didn't even use the equipment, brought it back with the mower in my truck not the trailer with in 1 hour of a 12 hour rental. No refund or discount. Not a ton of money but the service sucks.

Well, it's 11pm and I have been on hold for 1.5 hours. We have the truck loaded up and have to leave at 6am for a 3 hour drive to get my son to college check in on time and the door won't close due to a broken cable. We understand stuff happens but when you advertise 24 hr service and no one will answer the phone that's a problem.

Really displeased with UHaul right now. This is my second rental from this location. This is my second flat tire. I added roadside assistance and the first tire replacement took 4 hours- from midnight to 4 on a deserted spot on a rainy night. Still waiting for a replacement on today's rental. I am unable to reach this office for any help or compensation. I would never recommend using UHaul for anything than around town. Very disappointed. The brake shoes fell off when the tire was removed. Brake shoes needed replacing.

Can not give negative stars unfortunately Bad attitude from employees from beginning until end Sour, surly, telling me what a bad customer I am None of them belongs in any customer service industry of any sort. Will go to someone renting vehicles on the side at some convenience store next time

We rented a truck from here the other day in order to move a few pieces of furniture and couldn't have asked for better service. Every phone call to the store was handled professionally and even the morning of our reservation when we asked to switch out from a pickup to box truck, they were able to accommodate us with no problem whatsoever! The truck that we rented was clean and ran well, plus it sat fairly low to the ground (it was a 10' truck) which was great for my worn out knees! Checking back in was a breeze and took less than five minutes. If you're claustrophobic, you might start having fits in the store since it is a bit crowded, but it's only because they have all manner of packing, moving and storage supplies available for sale.

Moving sucks. Moving sucks more than a black hole. Even just a cross-town move like mine sucks beyond words. There's no way to sugar coat it, there's absolutely nothing pleasant about it, and moving with your better half will show you both whether or not your relationship is meant to be. They should add "or moving" after "for better or worse" in marriage vows. That being said, the smoothest and easiest part of the entire move was reserving, picking up, and returning the truck to this U-Haul location. The customer service was great and the people were friendly. Everything went very efficiently here and there wasn't any upselling or anything when I came to pick up the truck. Next time I move, which I hope isn't for a very very long time, I'll definitely be returning here for my truck and equipment rental.

I used one of their trucks to move a mile down the road. Everything was fine until I went to pay. They said I went 53 miles when I only went 10 (3 from uhaul, 2 trips to new place a mile each way for a total of 4 miles, and 3 miles back to the uhaul place. ) when I said that there was no possible way that I went 53 miles and told Stephanie exactly where I went she kept saying the same thing over and over. "The machine says that you went 53 miles," "The truck just got back from the shop. You are the first renter. I know how many miles from the shop."I mentioned the possibility of human error, to which Stephanie said there was no chance of human error. I WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN. If they had tried to work with me, it would be a different story, but they were rude and unhelpful. IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE, CHECK THE ODOMETER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't let them screw you out of $40 or more. Good luck with your move.

We used this Uhaul to rent a truck and car trailer to drive across the country. Their customer service was amazing. Tasha who works Sundays was super helpful. They price matched Penske's price and got us the best deal on truck rental that we could find.
