This is my favorite Sephora to shop at. Kristin is super helpful and gives me great skincare recommendations. I would recommend this store to others.

I had a wonderful experience at this store. It was not too large and easy to find things. Parking right outside the door. Great selection well-stocked. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond. Highlight for me was the outstanding make up service given to me by Corrine. I had the full face makeup done and she was very in tune to the look I wanted. She was a master! Although I purchased one of the products used, she gave me a list for future purchases. She really gave me a 5 star experience.

I visited the store this morning to pick up a couple of things and smell perfumes as I normally do. I watched a sales associate help everyone around me except for me. When I asked for her help she addressed me by saying " What's Up"? she then proceeds again to ask everyone else around me did they need anything else NEVER addressing me. Its crystal clear that "Devin" only likes helping certain people rather than helping everyone. This is one of my favorite locations and I absolutely LOVE Martha and the store Mgr Sara and this is no reflection of this store or the other sales associates. I can only hope "Devin" attends an inclusive Customer Service class sooner rather than later:_

This company needs to know what a gem they hired in Marvin. Marvin's customer service skill is unmatched. When other employees said they didn't have the time and didnt show any enthusiasm to assist my daughter and I, he showed up and showed out unexpectedly. I'm just so impressed with his ability to observe and genuinely want to help people. Had he not stepped up I would have walked out empty handed. That man knows how to sell up sell on and sell more! He gave us helpful options then had ana come and assist further. She was sweet and helpful aswell. Anyway I just wanted to give a shout out and say how marvun went above and beyond for us and your company. Job well done!My 6 year old daughter said yall really need to go over there and meet Marvin. He definitely won her over.
