The ludicrousness of taking funds from account and holding them is beyond bad business. I didn’t even pick up the pump and bam!! Takes all the money out of my account and holds it. Leaving me dang near stranded if it wasn’t for a buddy. If you’ve had this issue , we should start a class suit against the company!!!!!!!!!!

Just walked over there from motel 6 and the place was closed at 1:30 in the morning. It's open 24 hours

The gas station was nice and clean. The cashier was quick, polite and friendly. The bathroom was clean.

24 hours? Closes hours at a time in the middle of the night. No sign on the door, not a holiday. Showed up several times between 12 and 4 and it’s always closed. Store lights on. No employees. If it’s not 24 hours it should be changed and just closed. Someone probably getting paid while it’s “closed”Nobody wants to work though I guess. Wish I knew what time the 24 hour place closed and opened.

Terrible service. The cashier did not acknowledge me, she was too busy talking to someone on her cell phone.
Yes, I said something to her which only lead for her to talk about me with the 2 customers behind me. I don't care. I have been a customer service manager for 30+ years, she needs to understand what that means. Management should be ashamed of themselves for not coaching and developing her skills.

Got gas. Got receipt at the pump. Went inside to buy lottery tickets. The lady that was behind the counter was very nice.

I’m literally in the parking lot writing this review bc it’s so horrible and I’m annoyed as can be. I went in to pay for gas where an older lady with short hair about chin length is working. When I approached the counter I told her “$20 on pump 3 please.” I turned around to make sure I had the correct pump and said “Yeah pump 3.” Out of nowhere, this lady raised her voice and very loudly yelled, “You said pump 8! You said pump 8 first!” I said “No ma’am, I said pump 3.” and raised 3 fingers to make sure heard me. I never once had any type off attitude with her. She continued with rolling her eyes and made and made an exasperated sigh to show how annoyed she was with me.I didn’t get her name and I’m too offended to go back in and get it. I know I said pump 3 the first time and she misheard me, but what bothers and upsets me is what if I had said 8 the first time, so what?! There was absolutely no reason for her behavior and the way she yelled was extremely unusual and rude! Even if I had said pump 8, what’s the big deal?! Do I have to move my car over to that pump bc she’s inept at transferring the $20 from pump 8 to pump 3? Or is even voiding out the transaction asking and ringing it up again for the correct pump, too much to ask of her? Or is she in a bad mood taking it out on customers, lacking major customer service skills? If it’s the last one, trust me, I won’t be returning. Losing 1 customer may not seem like a big deal, but bad word of mouth about a business travels faster and is remembered more than good word of mouth about a business.

The rudest employees ever. I am all for people with disabilities working but if your unable to to the tasks that the job requires or the other employee working doesn't know how to run the lottery machine one or both needs more training or a new job and when the employee keeps adding fuel to a problem instead of acting like an adult and makes the issue worse than I don't believe they need to work there

They close the store with a sign that says will be back in 20 mins. But they do not open up for hours. There was an employee inside and he saw me standing outside. I was there to get some water and cold drinks as I did not have one in my hotel room. Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service and states they are 24/7 but lazy employees close store at 1am and do not open it til 5 or 6am so they can sit around and not do anything I swear yall need some actual workers who do their job but instead pay people to sit around and lose you money
