Heading back home from Florida, we got off the highway to specifically stop at the shell gas station, that we located using our Google maps app and that showed as being open 24 hours, 00:00-23:59 (we even confirmed on their website). Funny thing is, it was not open, it was closed (open sign turned off, lights turned off, no one inside etc....). We even pulled on the door to confirm that it was closed. Ummm, can you update your information so that people don't get off the highway to go to a store that is closed?

Bought gas and cigarettes and purchased food from taco truck. Was sitting doing some paperwork and miserable employee came out with nothing else to do and started a confrontation with me. His bags was Jared. Iis the owners condone this type of confrontation then it could lead to serious consequences from the wrong person

Pulled off to take a 30 min break in Nasty snowstorm because cars were spinning out of control and they told me to move along. What a good Christian.

I've been to this gas station several times. Never any paper in the gas pumps for receipts. You have to go in ask ask for a receipt. Never any coffee made. Not coming back. I'll be at Mapco across the street. Much better customer service.
