I am sick of these fuel stations holding $125 from my account when purchasing fuel. It's been 4 days and it's still pending. They claim that they don't have my money and asked for proof. My bank can prove the deduction. I'll never trust Shell again.

Great offers and deals, is a weird entry and exit ... for big cars... or trailers... rarely paper for the receipts, at the pump, bathrooms are clean, plenty of parking. I wish it was brighter towards the street , it can use some improvements towards the visibility, and making it more eye appealing.

Way over priced, charges what they feel like charging that day. Definitely go a minute further down the street to circle k and avoid this place

This place has changed ownership quite a few times recently. The guy who it landed on is pretty shady. He removed the prices from all his items and raised a ton. There's mold in the fridge on quite a bit of the "fresh" items. Gas station sushi. He fired all the staff and replaced them with what are probably his family members. He advertises that he's hiring but refuses to hire anyone who isn't his race. This place used to be open 24/7 and now you're lucky if his workers don't leave before 8pm.

This place might be convenient but it's not the best gas station. Shelves are always half empty and there's product still in their boxes littered towards the back of the store. Displays are just about empty and haven't been stocked for two to three weeks now. They also have molded sushi that's been displayed in the back for over two months now. I have told them myself about the mold four times now and they've even acknowledged it and still refuse to take it down. There was a break in recently and they haven't done anything to fully clean up the glass outside. It's dirty, partially empty, disgusting and overall not worth coming here for a pit stop for anything outside of gas. There's a dollar general around the corner.

3/21/23Stopped because the sign said $2.96 gallon of regular for cash. $3.29 at pump. $3.09 elsewhere. Also, cigarettes read, $3.96 but I was charged about $9.50 for 2 packs. It will be a long time b4 I shop there again.

Rude chick working morning and night. Closed store before 6:50 and literally cuts lights off as soon as I pull in. Not the first time.

I only stop here because it is close to my house. The people behind the counter are never polite. They continue on with their conversations as if you weren't there. They don't say "hello" or "thank you". And I have personally witnessed them selling alcohol to underage people. I don't want to gas station shut down because it's definitely a convenience. But, does anyone pay attention to who they are hiring??? It just seems to be a bunch of 20 year olds who are only there to FaceTime with friends and sell alcohol to other friends.
I'm sure this is a big accusation but it's the truth.

Anybody else catch an attitude from that chick early in the morning? Shes kind of heavyset with long braids. Every time I come in she's either texting or carrying on a personal conversation. When i ask for help she acts like I Disturbed her conversation and out comes the attitude. I'm always respectful whenever I come in always a "hello good morning and I appreciate it" I never get the same attitude back. I don't think she needs to be fired but definitely needs to be coached on better customer service. Store #235

Wish I could rate 0 stars. I've stopped here 3 times in the past week, at different times of the day, and their lottery is always "closed". No idea if that's somehow true, but the staff has been less than civil in telling me so, and never gives me any time I CAN buy a ticket. This place is very close to my apartment but I will not be returning to give them any further business.

Best gas station I've ever been to. I never come out of a gas station thinking how nice it was, but that was my reaction! Everything is clean, neat, aesthetically pleasing. You're greeted when you walk in. The bathrooms are very nice, and not just cheap and convenient. A very pleasing experience

I stop here to get gas quite often because it is so close to my apartment. Very convenient. My biggest complaint is that in all the times I've been here, I've never encountered a friendly employee. I have had several instances when I've walked in to pay for gas and three employees with be talking. Heaven forbid someone take my money. They have made me stand and wait until they are done talking. Convenient? Yes. Customer service? No.
