She made the entire process so easy and stress-free, and her positive attitude truly stood out. Great customer service can make all the difference, and Ann-Marie is a perfect example of that. Thank you so much for your help—I really appreciate it!”

“I have come to this location for ups services and Notary. This review is about notary services. I have used Maya for my notary work. She is 10/10 professional, friendly with careful attention to detail and her hand writing is perfect. I am so pleased with everything at this store. I should add that not just Maya, but everyone at this UPS Store is really friendly and provides excellent service.”

“Uploaded my own design online to print invitations. Prompt service, good quality products! Kevin was also very helpful when I asked to print something else last minute during the invitation pickup. I also wanted to commend how Kevin and his coworker (maybe Nicolette) talk to customers. They were so kind to all customers and patient with customers who were not as tech savvy. It’s not everyday you go into an establishment and see employees that appear like they truly enjoy their job. Kevin and his coworker looked so happy to be at work and it was even busy! I was impressed and will definitely be back for future printing needs.”

“This UPS store shines because of its employees. They are very customer-oriented and friendly. As a side note, this is an easy UPS store to access due to a great parking area and enough space if you need to pull up to the front with larger items, it won’t impede the flow of traffic.”

“I highly recommend Postal Annex! The staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful, making every visit quick and stress-free. Ashley, in particular, goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, and the other women who work there are just as kind and welcoming. If you need paperwork faxed, printed, or use of shipping services, I definitely recommend this location over the local post office. It's faster, more convenient.”

“I put the wrong address on a package. I knew the business would be closed and I didn’t want the package to be returned. I was distraught!! I called the 1-800 number but was not able to speak to a human. I searched online to find a local phone number and after 15 minutes of googling and clicking, I found one. I spoke with Zach at the Elam Farm location and he was so willing to help!!!! He was able to correct the address and have it delivered correctly! Zach, you saved my bacon!!! Thank you so much!”
