She is 10/10 professional, friendly with careful attention to detail and her hand writing is perfect. I am so pleased with everything at this store. I should add that not just Maya, but everyone at this UPS Store is really friendly and provides excellent service.”

“Uploaded my own design online to print invitations. Prompt service, good quality products! Kevin was also very helpful when I asked to print something else last minute during the invitation pickup. I also wanted to commend how Kevin and his coworker (maybe Nicolette) talk to customers. They were so kind to all customers and patient with customers who were not as tech savvy. It’s not everyday you go into an establishment and see employees that appear like they truly enjoy their job. Kevin and his coworker looked so happy to be at work and it was even busy! I was impressed and will definitely be back for future printing needs.”
“I made the mistake of filling out the wrong shipping name. I then contacted specific shout-out 2 Baylor and Lawrence who modified my shipping and had to contact the owner to to get authorization. I'm very grateful for them keeping their word and successfully correcting my mistake”
