“B&B are the best!
Bobby and Beth have been exceptional in meeting every request that I have made. They provide Quality work and awesome customer service. Ive been using them for many years.
Recently we had a church project where we needed a picture of a layperson to memorialize placed on a plaque that was over 150 years old.
Well, the only pic that we had to replicate was in horrible condition. But Bobby did his magic and made it work. It was beautiful when he finished. The church folks couldn't believe it.
If you need any engraving, trophies, plaques, anything they advertise, go see Bobby and Beth at B&B. A 5 star ratings is not enough for this business. They get a 10!!!”
“Special shout-out to TONY who was so patient and kind to me at UPS. I was unsure how to return items to Amazon because of a new phone and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All employees there are great, but Tony is a notch about them all. Thanks, Tony!”
“I have come to this location for ups services and Notary. This review is about notary services. I have used Maya for my notary work. She is 10/10 professional, friendly with careful attention to detail and her hand writing is perfect. I am so pleased with everything at this store. I should add that not just Maya, but everyone at this UPS Store is really friendly and provides excellent service.”
“Amy is fantastic! She is always helpful, very knowledgeable, and always has a smile on her face. It’s always great to stop in because I know I am in good hands!”

“Brian worked tirelessly to create a wonderful matte and frame for my masters degree. My bachelors degree is extremely conservative in appearance. I wanted my masters to be extremely vibrant, fun and full of life. Hat’s off to Brian for providing me a lot of flexibility and support in the drafting stage. I am extremely satisfied with his services. I would readily encourage friends, family, and strangers to consider using him when framing a major life milestone. ???”
“So thankful that i saw your beautiful Patriotic banner in the front of your business. You've got my business now and in the future stay Patriotic! God bless you all!”
“Uploaded my own design online to print invitations. Prompt service, good quality products! Kevin was also very helpful when I asked to print something else last minute during the invitation pickup. I also wanted to commend how Kevin and his coworker (maybe Nicolette) talk to customers. They were so kind to all customers and patient with customers who were not as tech savvy. It’s not everyday you go into an establishment and see employees that appear like they truly enjoy their job. Kevin and his coworker looked so happy to be at work and it was even busy! I was impressed and will definitely be back for future printing needs.”
“This UPS store shines because of its employees. They are very customer-oriented and friendly. As a side note, this is an easy UPS store to access due to a great parking area and enough space if you need to pull up to the front with larger items, it won’t impede the flow of traffic.”
“Amazing service. Had an issue with a package that wasn’t even their fault and they worked with me to resolve it. Ashley went above and beyond but everyone is always so kind and helpful! Highly recommend!”
“I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Office Depot in Murfreesboro, but I especially want to recognize Lori.
We came in needing to have my father’s obituary printed for his funeral, and this has obviously been one of the hardest and most overwhelming weeks our family has ever experienced. Lori was so incredibly kind, patient, and helpful through the entire process. She took the time to make sure everything was printed correctly and looked exactly the way we needed it to.
It may have just seemed like a printing job, but to us, it was so much more than that. When you’re grieving your dad and trying to handle a million little details at once, having someone treat you with genuine kindness and compassion means more than they probably realize.
Lori was truly a light for our family during a very dark time. Her kindness will stick with me long after this week is over. Office Depot is very lucky to have her. Thank you, Lori, for making one difficult thing a little bit easier for us. ❤”
“The team at this UPS Store went above and beyond to get my prescription glasses sent to me. I left them in a hotel while visiting Murfreesboro TN. A staff member from this store went to the hotel to pick them up and promptly got them shipped to me safely. THANK YOU!!!”
“Wayne, a training employee, helped me twice shipping important things to my college. Very friendly, very helpful people with fair prices that will help you afford what you need.”
