The car wash is well maintained. The owner and staff are friendly and accommodating. The ceramic coating always looks very nice, I’ve had the Splashy’s Xtreme package for 6 months and have always been happy with the results.

Normally I would let things pass, but the owner of this business refuses to be wrong. Part of it is about the money, the greater part is principle. I had a membership with this car was, setup to auto deduct the 24th of every month. For services in the upcoming month. This is not a utility, so most understand you pay ahead of time for access, not for services used, like electricity etc. My payment for march did NOT go though as I didn't have the funds. Knowingly. I went to the establishment on 4/1 at about 8:35 AM, to see what needed to be done. The young girl said the charge attempted on 3/24, then again some days later and the payment was NOT successful. I told her I understood, and asked if I need to do anything to end the membership. She told me I didn't bc after a missed month of payments, the membership will cancel. I understood this as that seemed to be the norm with most subscriptions. Netflix etc..Once you miss a payment and they cancel you, you need to sign up again. So I removed my sticker and went about my business. Now, Its April, and I see a charge come out of my account for 36.99..Hmm? Again, I know payments are made for the upcoming month of unlimited car washes, which A) I don't want and B) I thought based on the interaction with the store representative it was already cancelled bc of the missed payment. I spoke to the owner (a "gem" of a man) He will happily provide you his resume if you care to know...That explains this payment taken on 5/24 is for APRIL!!! So, apparently unlikely every car wash or service in the country, you can wash all month, then pay...I didn't know this! What a joke, and a SHADY SHADY business man. He did in haste wish me luck with "the local competition"...Thanks! I guess...I didn't ask for a refund as he yelled at me, but was trying to have him see reason in the principle. Such a "seasoned business man" should understand, right? Nope.. Gotta keep paying for the Audi.Im S.O.L. and that's okay...Just don't find yourself here!

Excellent car wash with very reasonable prices. Vacuums, towels and cleaning products are neatly set up for your use after you drive through the car wash. They offer different annual packages to fit your needs. Staff is friendly and helpful.

the skinny kid with curly hair and chain with buck teeth always messes up my rims when he guides me in. Sure you can say my fault but there is a reason for his job. They need to have someone watch over all the kids.

17.00 for not even a 2 minute wash from start to finish. Car was wet when thru. Then went to vacuums. They were awful. Wouldn’t pick up anything. I was so stunned by how awful it was. I will be going anywhere but here. Just amazing how bad it was. Wash n roll and Tommy’s are so much better. Their vacuums don’t have to be thrown over hook because they suck to the pad and hold themselves in place. These wouldn’t pick up straw paper. And car comes out mostly dry. My windshield and car were soaked When we left here

I've been to multiple car wash places, and Splashy's is, by far, the best as far as service and quality of the wash, especially when comparing prices. The free vacuums work better than any other car wash as well, and have towels and window cleaner available for free if you need them.
