I’ve been living here two years and I have never had any issues with staff or maintenance. It snowed here recently and they had a truck come by and shovel the street. I am thankful for a safe apartment complex.

I’ve lived here since September and I have had a great experience. The apartments are very clean and the environment is great. The office staff and maintenance are always so nice. I would definitely recommend Saint Andrews Apartments to anyone in search of an apartment!

I have lived at St. Andrews for the past 3 years and is totally pleased with my experience. The office staff & maintenance is the best around! They make you feel welcomed and real quick to address any concerns. As well as work with you on any issues. It was important for me to live in a nice community where I felt safe to walk around. St. Andrews offers just that. In addition to the community events & food trucks, this is an awesome place to stay.

St Andrews is hands down one of my favorite places I’ve ever rented, and Kendall at the office is phenomenal! When going through the leasing process she was super helpful and really great at communicating. I’ve lived here for about 4 months now, and the entire staff is always quick to solve issues and work together. I highly recommend St Andrews :)

I have lived here for 4 years now, staff has always been friendly and helpful. Kendell, however has gone above and beyond for me each time I had a problem or needed assistance. She even helped me with my dog when he was sick. 10/10 she’s a wonderful human.

- Small apartment with limited storage several drawers that don’t open- Continuous issues with appliances -most of those issues just blamed on the property with no explanation or able to fix- Short toilet that’s extreme low to the ground so be ready to squat and will clog up extremely fast- Unkept outside space and apartment environment- Only positive is that we had nice neighbors

EDITED: Since leaving my original review it seems to me that management has tried to recitify the problems we were having, which I can respect. I decided to change my review to reflect this.I’ve been living here for about 5 years, it’s pretty alright.Pros:The mangement in the office is always friendly. They always ask how you are when you come in for a package.Maintence get's requests done fast and I meant it. My a/c broke in the middle of July and they had it fixed within hours. They also are very friendly and very curtious when inside your apartment.I feel safe enough to walk outside around the complex at night, most of the time.Management does events for the communtiy such as wine/cheese night, halloween patio contests, easter egg hiding, etc.Cons:The fitness center smells like someone came in farted and sealed up every area where the smell could leave and it’s been that way since we moved in.During summer if you live near the pool you can hear every noise from the pool- ie, kids screaming/splashing around- in your apartment. The breezeways are rarely cleaned. The trash compactor is overflowing at least one a month, and there is only one place to dump your trash, and it’s on only one end of the complex.

I have been calling around to find a new home in the Murfreesboro area. That is when I stumbled by chance on St Andrews Apartments. I made the call to inquire about rates and availability of 2 bed room 2 bath units. This is when I met Sherry, she helped me through the whole process and mind you my credit was challenged. She worked through all of that and was able to make miracles happen. She is an angel. Sherry is sweet and kind and knows her stuff. This complex is lucky to have her on their staff. So if you're looking for your next home in Murfreesboro, give Sherry and her team a call; She will do everything in her power to help you find your next home. Thank you again Sherry for your amazing kindness and understanding in my situation it's very rare to find someone like you. Thank you for helping me to find my new home at St Andrews Apartments.

I lived in these apartments from January 2021-January 2022. I loved it. When I was inquiring to lease, Kevyn recommended a unit with a view of trees for my cats to enjoy. It was very thoughtful. I enjoyed the pool and playground. There is designated visitor parking, which is nice. The office staff were wonderful every single time I interacted with them. I really can't say enough good things. If I were apartment shopping again I would absolutely check out St. Andrews first.

Well… where should I begin? When I first moved in my dishwasher was filthy. They came to clean it the next day to the best of their ability. Just to find out the dishwasher did not work. It took 2 months of them playing with it (which ran my water bill up because they constantly would come and run it even though I told them MULTIPLE times it did not work and that I needed a new one) so after months of trial and error it was finally replaced. My upstairs neighbors are louder than the circus. I have lived in an apartment before so I know that it will not be completely silent always… but there is constant running, bumping, SCREAMING, jumping, dropping etc. I have spoken with my neighbors myself and asked them to please be aware of the noise they make and to be considerate of their neighbors. That lasted about a day. Personally, a family with 2-3 kids should not be living above anyone let alone a single woman with no kids.Lastly, after only 3 months of living here my apartment was broken into. They got a flat screen, MK bags, fur coat, MK coats etc. I am completely fed up at this point. The leasing manager came to change my locks and told me that this has “NEVER happened before” which did not ease my mind at all! It honestly made me feel worse! I am new to this city and state and don’t know anyone here for it to have been a malicious act. They have cameras but apparently they only face the front. My apartment is in the very back and on the ground floor. I no longer feel safe or secure living here.I went to the leasing office and asked if I could be transferred to a new apartment on a top floor that faced cameras. The manager, seeming very annoyed might I add, told me I would have to reapply to see if I am approved (mind you… I just moved in 3 months ago) I would have to pay the “current market rate” for rent which was increased by $100, as well as pay a $400 transfer fee. ??? Absolutely ridiculous. She had no sympathy or compassion AT ALL. I honestly just can’t wait until my lease is up.Oh, and the pool has constantly been getting closed for weeks at a time and it’s literally summer. They say that it is for “maintenance” but there was a recent news article stating that a lot of pools at complexes like this one have been getting closed due to health and cleanliness issues. So there’s that. ? It’s only open for a certain amount of weeks and we’re losing so much of that at the peak of the summer. So ridiculous and not worth the $1500 I’m paying. They certainly put up a good facade to get you in the door though. ??
