I love shopping at Staples in Murfreesboro. The store is clean, organized and well-stocked. It is nice to shop in a store where everyone is helpful and I get what I want and find discounts, too. Online is overrated. Thank you!

I called Staples seeking printing services. I needed 100 obituaries printed same day for my aunt's funeral. A miscommunication caused us to not have obituaries for her service the following day. However, when I called Staples and got transferred to a very kind and patient lady named Nicolette, she took over and made everything happen. She went above and beyond and had them printed and ready within 60-90 minutes. She was so caring and even gave me her condolences. She stayed over after her shift ended to ensure they were satisfactory. She is a shining star and her customer service is phenomenal! Staples is blessed to have someone with such a servant's heart. Thank you to her and Staples for be so kind in a time of grief.

With technology today it is very easy to make purchases online, and in many cases get delivery the same day. The Staples store in Murfreesboro at 1740 Old Fort Parkway is always clean, well stocked, and staffed with friendly knowledgeable staff. I would recommend them when you need office supplies.

In a world where everything is bought online I thought it would be best to go try out the office chairs so I know which one works. I wanted one not put together since it was less money. The person that went to get the chair started I need to get the extended warranty because the chairs don't last. I said wow great sales approach. Maybe I shouldn't get a chair here. I got the chair anyway and I understand they make money on selling the pointless extended warranty but it almost cost them the sale all together.

I’ve always had my Dymo labels price matched to Amazon without any issues—until now. When I went to check out as usual and requested the price match, they refused because the item wasn’t shipped and sold directly by Amazon. However, it was shipped and fulfilled by Dymo themselves. I’d understand if it were a third-party seller, but they’re refusing to match the manufacturer’s own Amazon store price? In the end, I had no choice but to pay more than double in-store because they wouldn’t honor it.

It’s impossible to get anything printed without costing an arm and a leg! Most of the paper sizes are unavailable! It’s cheaper to buy your own laminating machine!
