I have used StorPlace several times over the years and they never disappoint! Friendly people and clean facilities. Even though this one has some construction going on, my unit is clean and the office staff is amazing. I highly recommend!!!

I’ve been a loyal customer of StorPlace for years, and every time I interact with them, I’m reminded why I’ve stuck around for so long. Their customer service is unparalleled, especially thanks to Jess, the property manager. Every staff member I’ve dealt with has been helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous, but Jess truly goes above and beyond. It’s rare to find a place where service is consistently at such a high level.
Access to the facility is a breeze, which has been a massive plus for me. I’ve never had any issues getting to my storage unit at any time I needed, making it extremely convenient for someone with a schedule as unpredictable as mine.
On top of all this, their rates are competitive, offering fantastic value for the quality of service and the peace of mind that comes with knowing your belongings are in good hands. It’s a combination that’s hard to beat, and why I plan to continue using their services for the foreseeable future. Friendly staff helpful and informative. The climate controlled unit is clean with a door that functions perfectly. You have to buy the lock they provide but that was OK with me you gotta buy one anyway. Unit was clean and the building had a clean smell and general upkeep was apparent. Under construction but expansion is a product of good business. Highly recommend..

Storeplace Self Storage of New Nashville hwy is a great place for storage units for your goods or parking space for vehicles, rvs, boats etc., the staff is super helpful and very easy to work with. Their Customer service is top notch!!

Many thanks to the great folks at StorPlace, Nashville Highway! We needed to get the camper off the property to show (and sell) the house. Angelina and her boss stayed late to get us the space we needed. It’s a little tricky to find with the current construction, but worth the extra effort, for sure - super folks!
