This Truist branch is great. All the bankers are nice and very helpful. The last few times my husband and I have gone into the location and sat down, April Hill has helped us and has been wonderful to work with.

Sun Trust was a good bank. Truist has given me trouble from day one. Can't get any help. Call 800 # and am on hold for more than an hour and then they can't help me. Try to set up on line banking and it's a nightmare.I will have to go in and hope I can get some things settled this week. I will be looking for a new bank if I don't get a call bank from local Truist bank or if I can't get things straightened out, I will change banks. Looks as if there's a $2000+ mistake (not in my favor) but since I don't have on line banking and I can't seem to get help from the bank, I WILL change banks.

Think twice. I have been a customer for 15 years under SunTrust. Truist is a nightmare. Promises of a seamless merger were false. Customer service is non existent. Over an hour wait times on the phone now to get help and calls left to voicemail go unreturned. I will be leaving for a more reliable and stable bank. This is sad. SunTrust was a great bank. What they have now in Truist is a nightmare.

Absolutely love the Northfield Branch location! Customer service is fantastic, staff are always available during business hours and willing to assist. Paul (Branch Manager) goes above and beyond to provide excellent service for all my banking needs. Just recently started working with April, she is wonderful too.

Had to check on banking details. Was served immediately after to entering. Manager searched for account details and quickly resolved my problems. Always a pleasure to have someone who is able to me in a very timely matter. Resolve my issues. Then be out the door and on my way.

3 people sitting behind the counter, no customers, not doing anything...but they refused to count my deposit. Said they'd have to send it off to be counted since it was coins, or that I'd have to roll the coins myself and bring them in. Offered to give me silver dollar rappers so I could roll them myself. I said I'll need Susan b Anthony rollers too. They said they'd count those. I asked what the difference was, and they couldn't tell me. What ever happened to customer service????? Lazy, Lazy, Lazy!!!

I've been a loyal SunTrust customer for over 25 years but ever since SunTrust merged with BB&T to become TRUIST SunTrust is NOT the same great bank that it used to be for various reasons which I will not elaborate on at this time. I have considered changing banks from SunTrust to another regional bank but the only reason that I have not is because I have a great working relationship with Mrs. S. Frank who is by far the best customer service person in the industry and any other industry- BAR NONE.

Trying to withdraw money from my HELOC and I need it in the form of a cashiers check to buy a house. They want to charge me $8 because I don’t have an account here. Really? I just walked in and got money but I don’t have an account? Don’t bank here unless you have to.

I will make sure to never bank with Suntrust again, and make sure our businesses do not ever open accounts with them. I had been with Suntrust for years, but unfortunately had to leave last week. I put the remaining balance in my account towards the Suntrust Credit Card payment I had, and immediately requested my account be closed and to ensure no other withdraws were possible. They told me once the last pending transaction cleared it would close. A week later I find the account changed back to open, with 3 overdraft fees (two small pending transactions auto-drew for around $30. Overdraft fees on both plus an extended overdraft fee because i assumed the account closed and didn't check, brought this up to $130 in overdraft). I went into the local branch and politely requested that I pay what was auto-drawn (even though I had requested it be closed) but that I couldn't pay the overdraft fees, and that this was an error on their part. They refused to accept responsibility and said it was "just bad luck that I closed on the same day as a pending transaction" and said that I could just abandon the account if I wanted and that it may hit my credit but it would clear in 7 years. All I'm trying to do is close my account properly after being with them for years, and they're trying to gouge out as much money as they can on your way out. This is why people are leaving this bank and going to banks with better customer support and rates.
