Brandi is a very rude person and has a very bad attitude , I have been going to do a wire transfer twice now and she is in a very bad mood, she is not friendly at all and her appearance is not the best for working in a bank.

I had a wire sent to my checking account. It was all good on the sender's end. The money cleared, but not according to the Truist "Fraud Dept". I was initially told to allow 60 days. I go back in after 60 days. Wait for 90 days. I didn't really wait for another 90 days. I got what I could do to speed up the process of correcting the situation. I got "wait another 60 days". That was in January of '24. On the 11th to be exact. Still nothing. That wire was over $20,000! Lying s.o.s.! Who is actually fraudulant? DO NOT PUT ANY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN THIS BANK. They will lead you on as they steal your money. Don't worry about bank robbers. Worry about the banks.

The atm NEVER works. You’d think a bank would fix this quickly but I swear it’s been this way for over a year, and very unreliable before even back when it was Suntrust. Always have to go out of my way to go to this bank, might as well just get a new bank because this branch sucks.

Was a victim of a job scam, they deposit bad checks or the very least not let funds be available till it actually clears, ended up having to pay into the account to get it out of the negative because of the fraudulent check. Lost my tax return and last pay check from my work because they did not properly lock my account.
Customer service is atrocious, telling me I need to be more careful and be more vigilant with scams. Just getting kicked in the face and then kicked again by them, just an awful experience.
Wife and I will absolutely be looking to bank somewhere else after this disservice and will never recommend to anyone and will tell others to avoid banking with them like the plague.

This branch is terrible. When I call the branch on south church street. They are always helpful. I verify all my information and they always answer questions. The branch here though, they play by different rules. You can verify the same information as the one on church street, but yet your then told they can't give that to you over the phone. If you are part of a branch you should follow the same rules. One branch shouldn't be able to do or not do something another can or can't. 100% south church street is my go to. This one is in total shambles and it shows.

Don’t bother going to this location on the weekend. Got there, the lady at the front seemed like she hated her job. They had one person staffed that could add people to an account. We waited for an hour and were never assisted. I suggest another bank, will most likely be moving all my accounts.

No money in the ATM, drove around and was made to wait a long time. I rang the bell twice because I was not sure they were still open.Someone answered that they were going to be right me. 2 other cars arrived and were seen before me. Was it because I rang twice? Will visit the church st. Location from now on.

3 employees. 1 willing to help with a checking account (but is with a customer), and 2 others behind the counter refuse to help, just standing around doing nothing. Why are those two even here taking money for standing around? They should go home and replace them with one more employee willing to help.

Once SunTrust became truist I couldn't get customer service for over an hour. I know several people that were unhappy with Truist. After 20 years of service I switched banks.
