This has to be the WORST Target in Middle Tennessee. I never have an issue unless I come to this store. Unfortunately it's the closest store to me. Nobody ever answers the phone. The customer service is non existent and it seems nobody really care to make this store better. The order Drive up/returns should be an easy and simple process. I was there today for a drive up order pick up and return. Both processed in the system. The guy dropped my items and wouldn't take my return. Not one person would pick up any extension in the store!

So disorganized, the messiest Target I’ve ever been to. And all the carts have issues with the wheels, so they’re all wobbly and hard to push! Not to mention the Starbucks inside this location has the worst workers/drinks. Definitely take the extra time to go to the Smyrna location, it’s much cleaner, bigger, and organized.

This store has gotten completely out of control. Management needs to be changed. Employees are needed and trained. It is a terrible safety hazard as well as looking like the store "Dirt Cheap" has opened back up inside a Target store.

This is the worst Target I’ve ever shopped at. Clothes are always thrown around everywhere. Old Starbucks cups, stuff blocking aisles. It doesn’t seem like they have enough staff and that the ones that are there can’t keep up. The Starbucks there is also super gross, my coffee always tastes burnt but I don’t ever say anything because the staff that works at this location is SO RUDE!

I came here dress shopping for my step daughter & when I waited for a fitting room the employee working there didn’t acknowledge us. I stood there holding 5 dresses for a good 2-3min because he was scanning items so I assumed he was busy and would attend us soon. Another lady came behind us in line and he immediately asked her if she needed a fitting room and told her to just walk back and any open door is available. I’m not sure why he acted the way he did toward us but it made it seem like it was out of racism since we’re hispanic and the woman and her daughter behind us were white. I’m disappointed.

This store just gives understaffed & overworked employees. It’s messy bc they don’t have the staff to help keep the store straight & in shape, but it’s always overrun with people. I don’t blame the employees by any means, but I wish the company as a whole would do better

It should be called Pile Of Clothes DUMP! seriously, why is there a BIG pile of clothes . Worse than any Walmart I’ve seen.. no Walmart is not even close to the mess here SMH!

This Target was so disappointing..... everywhere i looked there was clothes ALLLL over the floor.. The womans had clothes thrown on eachother... all in huge piles! I have never seen a Target so unorganized. The parking lot was empty and i think its because the store was chaotic. But, you did have employees walking around doing nothing and one standing by the self check.... I visited my friend from VA and i can see why she didnt want to go to this Target.... Where is management...? Management should be ashamed and fired!

Beware if you are black and a hefty shopper. I came in to do a return for item I purchased the previous day that didn’t work out for me. Upon arriving I proceeded to shop first because I created a store list and wanted to simply get everything I needed prior to my return so I could leave and be closer to the door. Upon getting to the customer service desk I was approached by Caucasian male, who identified his name as Richard and a TL. I’m assuming this is a Team Lead/Manager. He proceeds to ask me why I didn’t do my return first as that’s what “most people” do. I said what does that matter, as I have documentation of my purchased items? When asked if he was accusing me of stealing he was quiet as a mouse and made statements like “We can refuse a return, I said well my return is already completed and I have documentation of my purchased items. He made a statement stating “we can check the cameras” at which point I encouraged him to do so since I wasn’t stealing. Be careful going to this store if you’re black. Others behind me were able to do any and all returns big or small without a question of their intent. I have never been more humiliating as a black women and a black professional. I have filed a corporate report but wanted to share my experience here. Honorable mention to the other manager Kaitie who also participated in this tragic racial discrimination.

What happened to Target! Used to be clean. I always preferred Target to Walmart. Not any more. Went down several isles so messy left and went across road to Walmart.
