Not happy with my experience. I went in and did my taxes 2 weeks ago with these people and was told that I could sign through email. Then when it comes time to sign I’m told I have to come back down to sign. And they don’t accept appointments at this time. So now I’m waiting 2 hours to sign paperwork I completed 2 weeks ago. Go somewhere else

As a company you should not be cold calling anyone. I never asked for this company to call me and I don’t sign up for things online. Also when they call they hang up and just leave a voicemail. Disrespectful!!!!!

This company will nonstop call and text you about taxes even though you never asked for services and live 1000+ miles away. When you call them out on their scammy behavior they will send people to non-stop call you every hour of the day just in hopes of irritating you

We had alot of stuff we weren't sure about this year (1099 and debt consolidation). We really thought we were going to have to pay money back but Joe was absolutely wonderful (even after I misplaced papers and had to go back and forth from the house). She got us right back in where we left off and was so great throughout the process. Even gave me advice on what to file for next year. It would have been a 15 minute process for sure if I hadn't left the extra papers at home.

They robbed my boyfriend of two tax fees. One for over 90 dollars and said it was The Tax Group fee to file the taxes, and then they took 70 additional dollars because they had to send the taxes to be prepared and filed by another agency. They charged almost 100 dollars for a service they could NOT provide, knowingly. Absolutely terrible company. Do not use them
