I came in to grab a few things and was extremely disappointed in my experience. The cashier who helped me was rude and made me feel as if I was bothering her. She say anything to me when I walked up to the desk, just looked at me, not even a smile. As I was leaving, I said thank you and she said nothing to me. This was an awful experience and I hope this cashier finds a job she actually likes.

Went in with my daughter and grands. Haven't been in CP since my kids were little (that's a long time ago). They had such a sale going on. Prices were on point and less than that of most department stores. We were able to totally outfit all 3 kids with what we were shopping for in ONE stop. CP had it going on today.

Every single store I've ever shopped at that offers an in-store pick up when you order online has a separate line to wait in so you can quickly get in and out of the store. Not only do they not offer this, and you have to wait in their 30 minute line to pick up your order even though you've already purchased it, they don't even offer curbside pick up to avoid this. As somebody who has a very hyper active 4 year old and I do not have anyone to watch him while buy clothing he needs; I rely on the buy online / pick up in store method to avoid the headache for my child and I both. I suggest shopping at Target, Old Navy, Carter's, or pretty much any other store that offer a quick get in an out when it comes to in store pick ups. I just waited in line for 20 minutes just to be told I had to stand at the back of the line to pick something up I've purchased already. Never again will I do this from this store. Expect to sadly drive out of my way to get this order I couldn't get today.

Totally disappointed...bought a pair of pj's last week for Christmas...I brought the wrong size...went back today...the same pjs...same price...but different pattern...I had to pay $4 more?!?! Why you ask? Because they had raccoons printed on them instead of firetrucks?@?! Bananas!! I would suggest spending your money elsewhere.

I would give 0 stars if available.I order from Children's place all the time. I ordered a few weeks ago and did not receive my order. I reported on the website twice, chatted with someone and after no help sat on hold for 30 minutes to speak to someone. Finally I got John Henandez. He was absolutely no help and told me they could not issue a reship or a credit and they couldn't help me out at all. That's some great customer service. Basically said sorry about your luck, the tracking says it's in your mailbox so you have it. This was absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I will NEVER shop with them again.

Fair warning that if you give a gift, or you receive a gift from Children’s Place and the item does not fit, without a gift receipt they won’t even give you store credit. The workers weren’t helpful and instead let us spend 30 minutes in the store from our previous conversation (30 minutes prior) to look for items to exchange (since the item we had was no longer in stock) before they clarified that they wouldn’t even exchange without a gift receipt. They told me I could only exchange for same item but they wouldn’t have anymore coming back in stock. The young girl working there then proceeded to tell me to try “Facebook Marketplace” which we both know I wouldn’t even get half for and that next time I would need a receipt. The entire exchange did not feel customer friendly, and I won’t be shopping here again. Too many other options out there in the marketplace where people are treated fairly.

Great store!! The staff was nice. The young lady with the brownish/reddish hair was a HUGE help. I was shopping for my niece and didn’t really know what to get for her but she picked out outfits with me and made sure I got something nice for my niece. I appreciate the outstanding customer service

The Children’s Place was outstanding. I did some shopping for my God Brothers and the staff was really nice. The young lady with dark curly hair was very helpful and she made sure that I was satisfied and received my gift receipts.

The staff was extremely rude. They act like it’s a bother when you ask a question. One woman gave me a side eye. Wasn’t very knowledgeable.

I received clothing as a gift for my daughter. The gift giver got sizes too small so I went into to hopefully exchange for just bigger sizes. Unfortunately they did not have them so I asked for a store credit to get other items. They said they could not even do that without a receipt!!! Never have I had this happen in a store. So now I'm stuck with several clothing items that are too small for my daughter to even wear. Very poor store policy and I certainly will request that clothing not be bought here

Had hardly any jeans in stock when I went and the store had trash all over the floors and all in changing rooms. Lebanon location is a lot nicer and cleaner.
