I love living here! The community is quiet and very green with trees and courtyard. Good square footage. Office staff is very nice!

What a terrible place to live at. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone or there family to live at. We have had a broken washer since August and it's still not fixed. Would give less stars but I can't.

I would give zero stars if possible. The staff and management here are terrible. Do NOT live here! They add random charges every single month, then won’t let you dispute them. Your rent will increase each month. My dishwasher, dryer, and heating/ac never worked properly the whole time I lived here, even after I put in at least 10 maintenance requests about each one, and called the office multiple times about it. I’ve lived in multiple apartment complexes and this one is the worst, even compared to student housing. The walls are extremely thin, can hear your neighbors conversations. We were impressed with the high ceilings and square footage, but please don’t fall for it like we did!

A/c has been out for a month. Maintenance said the part needed to fix the a/c unit would come the following week when I initially put in a request. It has yet to come or be fixed. They offered to give us an a/c fan to put in the window when there’s already frogs and pests in the mulch by the plants near us. That’s not what the rent or electric bill pays for. These living conditions are unsafe, especially when you have toddlers. This is ridiculous and just one of many problems living over here. The cost of rent isn’t worth it for what we have to put up with.

We have been here since 2021 and are currently under new management. The old company was less than satisfactory so this new one had a lot to remedy. They have done an excellent job taking care of any issues right away as well as the maintenance team. The property is quiet, clean and family friendly. If we have anything that needs fixing it is taken care of in a timely manner. The amenities are great and neighbors are friendly! Only issue I have is parking but I usually don’t have to park too far from my apartment.
Edited to say:
The amount of fees is ridiculous! Our base rent is $1664 plus $100 for a garage. We are paying $1900 for rent this month. Is this even legal to have so many fees? $8.95 for a rent service fee, $5 for trash, $25 for valet trash, etc.. Will not be renewing our lease. Sorry you can’t buy a good review with a raffle for a Ring camera. I get paying water, sewage, etc but these extra fees are insane!

This place was cheaply made the carpets were coming up, and wasn't tacked right, asked maintenance to fix it just reput it down and said fixed. Then they over charged the rent than what was in the lease agreement, and ended up moving on sudden notice because I couldn't afford 2200 a month, lease agreement said 1875 ALL FEES INCLUDING. Now going through courts, the office manager Samantha is a coward never showed to those court hearings, Haley was sent there instead of the office manager, very unprofessional and couldn't answer a single question in the courts, instead looked down like a scolded child in a corner. They never gave us a chance or worked with us. These people are thieves and cowards, and I would never recommend them. They will ruin your rental history and just after a check. oh the also put there lawyer fees on what we owed left. So if your thinking of moving here find somewhere else, this place is a waste of time. I'll bite the bullet and pay, but once I find my legal rights Ill see what I can do about this place. I've heard the horror stories from a lot of people and now I see what they mean.

Easy move in, great 24 hour amenities, friendly responsive management, spacious apartments, lots of little details that make for easier living (like keyless entry, 24 hour package retrieval system, free daily trash pickup(!!))

I truly appreciate the maintenance technician named Issac Vargas for his work on my apartment. We had some issues with dishwasher and toilet, he shows up very early in the morning and is so helpful, gentle and hard working to fix the problems. Thank you so much Mr Vargas, we really appreciate your work.

Recently moved to Scout Landing Apartments. This complex is beautiful, friendly neighbors, safe and peaceful environment. I knew from the beginning I had made a great choice. Office staff is very friendly and you can tell this is a family friendly environment. So thankful we chose here for our home.

We just moved here a couple of months ago, but so far we LOVE it here. When we were looking around, we knew within 5 minutes this was home!
Any maintenance request we have put in, they have come almost instantly. The office workers, are wonderful and are always willing to answer any questions. Well worth the 5 stars.

We love it here! The staff is amazing. Maintenence is quick to respond, and it seems that the parking situation has gotten much better. This is due to the fantastic communication recently to residents about guests allowing the residents to park closer to the apartment they reside in!
