Recently acquired information over the phone regarding child care. The young woman who assisted me was kind and helpful. Definitely a possibility.

We have 2 children, 3.5yrs and 4mo.
They are well taken care of. We never have to worry about their safety or how they’re treated. Any (very) MINOR incidents that occur are always self-reported to the state and infractions are even self-imposed. They hold themselves to a high standard, which gives you a lot of peace of mind as a parent.

Nightmare. Everyday I would pick my kid up he would have some kind of bite, scratch, bruise, and they would have “no idea what happened”. Ex. One day he had FOUR welted bites on his back and they had no clue. Ex He had a scratch on his cheek that had crusted blood and when i asked, they said they didn’t know what happened but it “didn’t look that bad”, a year later he still has a faint scar on his cheek from it. They have ridiculous days where they are closed. His last day there i went to pick him up from the room the front desk told me he was in, and he wasn’t in there. When i asked the teacher(who i had never seen before) where he was, she pointed at the wrong kid, and then argued with me that he was my son. my kid ended up being in the room next door but, how scary is that. I immediately told the front desk and they didn’t care at all. We loved TLE while he was in the little class but as soon as he moved up it became a nightmare. Teachers were rude, on their phones, even dressed poorly. For the amount of money this facility is per week, you’d assume they’d be fantastic. My kid would scream and cry as soon as he saw the parking lot.

We love TLE! Ms. Nicole, Ms. Alexis, Ms, Bre in the infant classrooms are nothing short of amazing. The community of parents is so welcoming and accepting. Megan, Joy, Ms. Nat, and Ms. Lisa at the front desk are so helpful. Would absolutely recommend.

Our daughter has attended TLE for almost 4 years and we have nothing but good things to say. The atmosphere is so welcoming and everyone is always so friendly. The teachers always let us know how our daughter’s day was and what she learned. They do such a wonderful job of preparing them for kindergarten. Her teacher is Ms Lauren and she’s fantastic. The admins are also wonderful and are great about communicating with us. We know our daughter is in good hands during the day and are so grateful to have found TLE.

Honestly one of the worst daycares in Murfreesboro. I worked here a couple of years ago and was forced to make a review by the owner. As a teacher who is in the classroom with the children 24/7 RUN not walk RUN from this school!

Would highly recommend you to find anywhere else but here! Teachers are not observing the children in the classroom. They are understaff and stated that multiple times . My daughter has came home with multiple scapes, scratches, bruises, and other injuries. I will absolutely not let any of my other children attend .

I'm not sure what kind of daycare doesn't tell you the price of tuition until you go on a tour? Why should I waste your time or mine if it's not in my budget?

We have taken our son to The Learning Experience since he was 9 months old. He is now 3 1/2 and there is no other facility I would trust as much with my child as I do here. One strength of this facility is their consistent employees. There is not a high turnover which allows families to develop deeper relationships with the office staff and care-givers. I have no doubt that they genuinely care for my child. Another strength is their level of communication on every level. They communicate very well for both positive and negative (accident reports) incidents. One of the biggest strengths is their curriculum and education. One of the things I love most is their drive to give back to the community through their fundraisers directly supporting local kids in the Make A Wish Foundation. I love that my son has been a part of something, as well as supporting family engagement, that focuses on ways we can serve the local community. My son truly thrives here and has learned SO much! Even when he started at 9 months he was instantly learning sign language and it made all of the difference in communication. He hasn't stopped learning everything since then! I truly credit this facility for so much of my son's knowledge. At his 3 year well child check he was meeting 4 year old standard and I fully believe his attendance at this daycare is a main reason.I have recommended this daycare to anyone looking. I have friends that have used different locations for The Learning Experience, even in different states, and the consistency between locations is wonderful.Overall, I can't say enough wonderful things about The Learning Experience. I never have to question my child's safety and as my greatest treasure that is invaluable. It also helps getting daily photos seeing how full of joy he is. All of these are only a few examples of reasons why I will never move my son to any other daycare until he ages out and starts school.

TLE has been incredible for my son. This is not just a daycare, this is a learning center. When we first toured TLE, we saw the teachers actively engaged with the kids and playing games with them. During the tour, we witnessed several kids that were upset to have to go home because they didn’t want to leave their friends or teachers. We knew right then that this was the place for us. Kristie, Megan, and Joy have developed a phenomenal program and as a result, the staff is top notch. They take the time to encourage the kids, provide the tools to learn, and assist in providing the helping hand for the kids to hit their milestones. We have been enrolled for about nine months now and have not doubted our decision for one second to enroll our son there. We have our second son on the way and he will be attending as well!

This place treats their employees absolutely awfully. I have been contacted by employees even though I have not worked here in years about how awful this place is, and how management is absolutely unhelpful and unwilling to help. When called for assistance for your little ones, help is rarely received, even when it may involve children harming another child.Management plays favorites and will start evidence to "let you go" from the day you start with silly "improvement plans" that they don't actually follow up on. Even if you do make progress and reach all goals set by them, they will still "let you go" and use you to work a room you've never worked your last week there. The reason they pay the most in Murfreesboro is because they cannot keep staff employed or kids enrolled. The environment is toxic, and every teacher who has worked here previously with me has also left because of the unprofessionalism at this school. They care about money and money only, not their staff or your children. If you want a good environment, where kids arent constantly fighting each other or possibly harming teachers and each other, GO ELSEWHERE!! Your workplace/school does NOT have to be toxic and miserable, I now know from experience. This was the most miserable, toxic and stressful work environment i've ever been apart of.

Too much money for nothing! Literally nothing! My daughter is always sick and the class smells very bad. The worst thing is the staff there. They are not cooperating nor flexible. They send you away if you got there 5 minutes late for a 2 year old and when you have an emergency situation. How could I know that I will have emergency in advance??When we told the manager that we’re leaving, she just said no problem but you have to pay us 500$ and she didn’t even wanna know why we are leaving! We gonna toss another 500 box for nothing . Do not waste your money there

This daycare looks for every little reason to send your child home early. I have almost used all of my vacation and sick days due to them sending my children home early for basic things, if you arrive late they will turn you away. I would never recommend this daycare to anyone.
