I brought in my 55-year-old flute to have it cleaned new pads put on an overall all checked and they were actually able to get the musty smell out of the case too

I took my Yamaha Xeno trumpet to them to get cleaned a couple of months ago. This was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. I’m not sure who cleaned it or what they did to it but it looks as if they took sand paper to the valves and slides. After a couple of months of trying to play it and cleaning it myself it still doesn’t play the same. Everything that moved feels grainy and the slides are no longer smooth. Waste of my money and probably ruined my professional instrument.

I needed to get an endpin installed into my ukulele, called ahead and seemed unsure but brought it in anyways. They were very helpful, I had to leave it there for a day or two but picked it up and they were very friendly and it’s done perfectly just how I wanted it. Good price too considering I thought I would cost a lot more.
