I’ve been coming to the Social Chair for several years now. I have naturally curly hair and usually style it everyday myself. The Brazilian blowouts by Krystal are a game changer! It eliminates the frizz without taking the volume away, I’ve been able to grow my hair and it’s the healthiest it’s ever been! I’ve also had my makeup done multiple times and never left disappointed. Shoutout to Krystal who’s amazing, kind and personable!

I can always get in to social chair last minute, which I love! I had Nina today, and GIRL! She did that with my blow out, I asked for a 90s style. Love it and have already gotten so many compliments. Book Nina!

Nice place and cool concept but I personally had a frustrating experience. I had booked a 2:45 blowout and was on a bit of a tight timeline. Hairstylist was running late (which they at least did at least call and give me the heads up on), but I ended up at the salon for almost 2 hours, including the wait which made me late to the event. Then when I went to check out, she charged me $65 for the blowout because it took so long. My regular hairstylist does my wash, cut and style in just over an hour, so I was really surprised by the upcharge. It would have been different if she had told me up front that my hair is thick enough that it would take 1.5 hrs and that she would need to charge me for having thicker hair. I wouldn't say that I'd never go back, but I'd have to really need the help for it to be worth it.

The Social Chair has been my go to for special events and self care for years now. Jasmine and Krystal do an incredible job with my thick crazy hair and Amy does stunning make up. I have used them for everything from birthdays to maternity shoots. You can’t go go wrong with the Social Chair!

Had a horrible experience at this place , went in some days prior to the day we were supposed to go to a wedding ,just to make sure they can do a simple blow out and just a simple curl with a side braid , they were %100 positive that they can do it. Got the appointment for my mom and I , they did soooo bad that we had to come home take a shower and do our hair again ourselves.Not recommend to anyone.?

We were visiting TN for my daughter's wedding and found The Social Chair online. Their website was easy to see pricing and contact with questions. Amy was super responsive and answered all my questions. The day of the wedding we had 5 of us for hair and makeup. They were ready for us and everyone was so friendly open to all of our ideas. Our hair and makeup was impeccable and it was such a fun morning. We started on time and finished exactly when we were supposed to. Strongly recommend Amy, Destiny and Kristin (or anyone at The Social Chair)! Personally I loved my makeup and would go back to Amy to learn her tricks if I lived in the area. Added bonus is the fun little coffee shop in the complex for delicious coffee and breakfast sandwiches.

I have been looking for someone to wax my brows. I have had bad experiences in the past but had to try. Destiny gave me the best brow wax I have ever had! She listened to what I felt needed to be addressed and she did a fabulous job! It didn't hurt either. I highly recommend her.

I'm so happy I found the social chair while doing a Google search. I had a brand photography photoshoot and decided to book a blowout. My blowout experience was amazing. Warm towels, head massage, and the soft waves I was looking for (my hair is typically wavy/curly).While I was there they mentioned they also offer make up and I was able to book make up right after my blowout. Not knowing what to expect, the whole process exceeded my expectations. My make up was flawless, my blowout was exactly what I asked for, and the ladies that took care of me were even better :))Not to mention they offer you a mimosa as soon as you walk in?!
