There Diesel Exhaust Fluid DEF was more than double. Rip off price gougers $$31.99. $35.11 with tax. Should have been $15 for the 2.5 gallon.

Good morning, I visited Thorntons on September 11th at about 8:30 pm.There were 2 employees in the store that I saw. I went in and ask for assistance at the air pump. I was not denied. The 2 gentleman in the store both said yes. No hesitation. The gentleman behind the counter explained how I was to pay for the air. I gave the attendant the quarters and I drove to the pump. The gentleman pumped my air and I was extremely happy. I offered the attendant a tip and he said no. He said to me he could not take the money that this is a good deed. I applaud him for that. I want you to know how I was assisted by these 2 employees and how grateful I am that they were working. I got home and told everyone how kind and helpful they were. I want to thank theses 2 powerful men that works for your business for their outstanding service.

Probably the second worst Thorntons in Middle TN behind the Old Hickory location off of exit 62 on I-24. Fueling area is always filthy. The trash is always overflowing and the windshield cleaner reservoirs are usually dry or have very little water for wetting the windshield cleaner. And my experience is that the pumps are usually out of paper which causes you to have to go inside for a receipt. No attention to detail…which I guess is the norm in these times. I know…first world problems. It’s just frustrating the concessions you have to make these days when all you really want to do is fill up, clean your windshield and get a receipt to document your expense. Be better Thorntons. Why do I continue to go you ask? We get $.20 and $.15 off gas weekly. And thanks to the Biden administration, we are watching every penny.

This is my go to late night spot after work. Always open and always good service. Tonight I went and the manager Lacey was working. She was very professional and friendly and truly went above and beyond. Give her a raise!!! Will be back.

Always good gas prices, great snacks and drink selection. Super friendly staff, really a great place to gas up and grab a snack.

Jenni is the most kindest person to work there. And there's a guy whose super tall spikey hair that's nice as well. Love coming there no matter what time of day to see your smiling faces.

The tall tongue flapping blonde guy with a beard who thinks he's hot stuff needs to go. He thinks it's funny to make fun of people and hit on women. This guy has no room to talk about anybody and definitely doesn't need to make sick sly jokes to women, considering he's 40 and still works in a gas station. Terrible experience and even worse staff.

The employees need to stick to their skill set, ringing up red bull and snickers. The one blonde guy with the beard thinks he's more than what he is.

I pay attention to the looks of the places I wake into. And I have noticed a marked difference in the looks of this store. It’s really looking good. I will walk into a store and turn around and leave if it’s not clean.

Filled up twice now with E85 and its been straight gas which sucks. Spoke to attendant and she was clueless. Warning to those with race cars go elsewhere. Tried pump 11 and 8 and both no E85 even though selected. My car has a flex fuel sensor so just lose power. But, for those that don’t, this is a big issue.
