Overcharged for work that was not authorized to proceed at that price point. Charged 2.5 hrs for a 1 hr job. Then tried to charge me for an alignment service I've already prepaid for. Was charged on diagnostic which was not part of the issue. Was told diagnostic would be waived if they did the work, but still charged anyway.

The best tire shop I have been to in my life. And I’m not a robot. I typically have bad experiences or just normal experiences. But this one was so professional. I’ve never even left a review before lol but they honestly deserved one. Great job guys.

Would not recommend spent good 2 plus hours trying to get a hold of someome on the phone when I finally do was told would be 160.00 40.00 per tire to mount and balance . After everything its 208.00 total to mount 4 tires . I should have went to discount tire at that price I could got the road hazard warranty.

This shop took great care of me! Even short handed they made sure to provide me the best service possible. Shout out to Noah for going the extra mile. I should also note my wheels are “dipped” (plasti painted myself) and if a shop isn’t gentle it ruins the paint job completely. You can’t even tell mine were rotated, because they were so careful. I really appreciated that. Highly recommend!

The only helpful person was a guy named Sam working the front. I sat here for two hours after sitting on hold for almost an hour before coming in. When I finally get here I find 3 (tyler, guy at the desk, and a random in no uniform) workers literally sitting and talking for over 30 minutes not doing a thing. My phone call was a simple question about services offered that took less than 30 seconds to answer while my truck simply needed a single tire patched. Sam, the guy working the front, was the one that worked on my vehicle after running around helping everyone else. I feel bad for the guy with how much more he was doing than the others. The whole time I was waiting for the truck there were only two vehicles in front of me from what I can see, I understand that it takes some time for each person, but when you have jerks sitting around doing nothing for 30+ minutes it makes everyone else have a bad time.

Found a nail in my tire and they repaired it free even though I did not buy the tires here, because I am a Veteran. Friendly folks as well. Noah was great. Think I know where my next set of tires are coming from.

Samuel at TireDiscounters did an awesome job helping us out. We were on vacation and popped a tire and he got us set up with a new tire that was comparable to the ones we had. They were able to get us in super quickly and we were back on the road!

Was given a price when I dropped of my vehicle. When I picked it up 5 hours later I was charged $100 over what I was originally told.
