I appreciate their diligence in making sure the work is done and correctly. I didnt have a great experience at the start but Service Manager Jason and Tech Landon ensured I was taken care of and in a timely manner. Thanks guys.

Terrible experience. I booked a 10am appointment and received a confirmation call the day before, where I was told the service would take about 1.5 to 2 hours, with a promised finish time of 11:30. Even that wasn’t met — my car still wasn’t finished by 4pm.
On top of that, the pricing felt sneaky. The online price was $540 plus tax, but when I arrived, the total suddenly jumped to $701. Only after I pointed out the lower price in my cart did they bring out an already-printed invoice, which made it clear they had slipped in the road hazard cost without actually mentioning it.
The final invoice also didn’t list the promised finish time, which again felt like an attempt to hide that the service took over 4.5 hours longer than stated. I came in for four new tires and an alignment, and after this experience, I will not be returning.

I highly recommend this place! My wife and I had new tires put on our vehicles and they have taken extremely great care of us!
For years I had used Discount Tire and here in the past recent years they have been falling short of my expectations.
My wife knows most of the folks who work at Tire Discounters from a previous job and she said great things about them so this go around we went to them and now they have some new repeat customers.
The customer service here was very excellent, the communication was great with the updates on our vehicles and the wait times was not too bad. She went in on a Tuesday or Wednesday while I opted to drop off on a Saturday morning, and we was both very pleased with the quality of service. I will highly recommend this establishment for tires and service needs.
A note to the managers and workers- Thank you all for the great work and the amount of care you all put into our tires and services. You guys are amazing!

This tire shop was great! I called to see if they had time to rotate my tires that were placed by Tire Discounters. They told me to come on by and that they would get me taken care of. Other shops around Nashville where I live had told me 2 hours or to drop my car off and leave it. I really appreciated their effort to get me taken care of. The 2 guys I interacted with were very kind and professional. Appreciate it and will be back!

This has been a terrible experience. Dropped my truck off at 10:30 with being told no problem on doing it today. 6:45 and I’m still here and they put the wrong tires on my truck. So they are having to redo everything at this point.

Tire Discounters exceeded my expectations. Their customer service was impeccable. All three of the employees I interacted with while there went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected. They treated me like I was their daughter going on a last-minute trip to Atlanta. I highly recommend and will be going to them for all of my future tire purchases. It is rare these days for a business to treat you with respect and kindness, but to be treated like family as a first-time customer is unheard of. Thank you so much. I can’t say enough good things about this place! I’ve been coming here for a while, and Jason, the manager, is always very helpful. This morning, I woke up to a flat tire from a nail—right before I was supposed to leave for a road trip. Jason got me in as soon as they opened and had me back on the road in no time. He really went above and beyond to help, and I’m so grateful. Highly recommend this place for their fast, friendly, and reliable service!

Tire Discounters is the ONLY place you will ever need for tires and vehicle repairs. For 20 plus years they have taken care of my 5 or more trucks and always have work done on time and even in an emergency they will stay over regular hours to get you going. Super knowledgeable and super friendly staff and best technicians i have experienced in many years. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. These guys are Pros and will take especially good care of your ride! Awesome shop!!

Tire pressure was very low, found nail on tire, took to TireDiscounters and they patched it up for me. Tom was very kind and the service guy patched it sooner than I was expecting. Thank you!
