Beware when I paid my loan off they doubled charges the card on a Thursday today is Saturday I still have not received a credit back they say they will call before closing but they have not yet it's almost 4:00 very poor customer service

I went in as a potential customer with questions. I had already spoken to another company and I was ‘shopping’ for what was right for my situation.From the moment I walked in, Tracy was very helpful and kind. She listened to the need, answered my plethora of questions, and explained the process, the terms, the financials, and the options in an honest, straightforward, and easy to understand way. She upheld great customer service, engaged in unrelated conversation and made me feel like I was more than just another applicant.Tracy made the choice easy to choose the business and services of TM over the competition and helped complete the application process which moved forward and was completed in a timely manner.I would definitely recommend this branch and Tracy as your CSR should you find yourself needing the services of TM.
