Albert is an awesome trainer with persistence and grace.He's tough on those who need it but understanding as well.Definitely recommend his classes. He just taught me so much in 30 minutes.

The staff was extremely inviting and the class was easy to follow yet tough enough to get you TIRED.I went in for a free class and walked out with a membership.I’m happy to have found a new gym!

We designed our Fitness Kickboxing program just for you. So whether you're brand spanking new or going for the World Championship, you can experience it here. You may train at your own pace and intensity level throughout the class. Each class is a 30-45 minute interval training session consisting of several punches and kicks on a 130 lb heavy bag, enhanced with fundamental core-strengthening exercises.
We offer Kickboxing principles while mixing up with core exercises that anyone can do. It's up to you to find out!
An average class can burn up to 1000 calories.
