Gave $4400 for a mower, and apparently, I earned a free days trailer rental they didn't even tell me. I only found out about a week before the free rental expired. I own a trailer and would not have needed a rental.
I feel like they didn't tell me on purpose.
Service at all 3 stores in Rutherford County has gone downhill lately. This is just more of the same now. Don't expect much from the employees when you go.
Also, be aware that Citi card does not have an app to manage the TSC with, and if you call Citi, they will give you someone that simply cannot effectively communicate with the English language. I am not charging anything else to that card, even at TSC.
TSC: Do not reply to this review. I know you don't care about ONE customer.

Horrible experience with Tractor Supply Pet Vet. I took my tiny dog for microchipping, and it was a disaster. The first time, they pushed the needle all the way through her skin, meaning the microchip wasn’t even in her body. They had to do it again, and instead of being careful, they were roughly tugging at her skin after implanting it like they weren’t sure it was going to stay in. That should’ve been my sign to never come back.
I made the mistake of returning for a simple stool drop-off. I arrived BEFORE closing, yet they were confused about pricing and made me wait over 45 minutes (holding stool) while helping other customers. By the time they figured it out, they told me they were closed and I had to leave—even though there were still people in line who had arrived after me.
Beyond the unprofessionalism, the setup is completely unsanitary. They pull out a metal table for exams in the corner of the store, surrounded by products people are buying.
Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
Love the store, will never come back for the vet service.

Always come here for getting our propane tanks filled and other random things. Everytime I have ever been here the employees are always helpful, friendly and courteous! Great customer service like this goes a long way!

I took my dog up there to give him a bath. We arrived 40 minutes till close plenty of time for a 10 minute bath and walk in there and they say the dog baths are already cleaned for the night. I thought I had 40 minutes still to use it? I asked what time they close dog bath area down and they said 8pm which is an hour before close. I wonder if the store manager approves of this? I live 20 minutes away. 20 minutes back home. 40 minutes wasted of my life. So just be aware I guess they close this service 1 hr before closing. I was going to buy some dog toys as well and treats for my dog afterwards. Loss of sales for the store. Corporate wouldn't like that!

Do NOT get the Citi TSC Visa card!
There is no app to manage the card. Payments are difficult to make. Website to manage card refuses to allow me to sign up to manage the card. Customer service is foreign thick accent English is not their first language. You can not communicate with them on a useful level. TSC itself is absolutely NO HELP with this. They have their money, why should they care? Be warned.

Got my propane filled the other day and Steve was awesome! He was very friendly and gave me tons of information I had no idea about. Who would think getting propane filled would be so enjoyable.

After our dryer suddenly gave out during bath time we decided to try TSC. Great space and equipment as well as staff. Blu was super sweet with our boy. Will definitely be back! ?

Love TSC! Wash stations are outside for a short term while they remodel. New wash bins with the dryer attatched AND a disenfecting spray for sanitization. Cant wait to see the new room!!! Teddy Swolsevelt approved?!!
