Went in to see if they had a switch i needed they didn't the young boy that helped me said it was so old he couldn't find anything even on internet I went outside and looked on internet in there parking lot and found the same one on line from a store in 3min. So don't trust them when they tell you it's no where to be found 💯

Don't deal with them. I bought a brand new tractor with a brand new loader. They do not send a breakdown into the finance company. So if you have to file an insurance claim they will not replace with brand new if it's not listed in a breakdown. Now I can not get my loader fixed because it is not listed on the tractor. This is ridiculous and when I called for a breakdown they said there is nothing they can do.

Had my parts... but may God help you if you lean on their counter. Like, literally put your elbow on their counter. I got told to move away from their counter and technically I was not allowed that close to their phone. I was explaining the part I needed. Quite embarrassing to be told not to lean on a parts counter and to get away from the phone. Newsflash... people pick stuff up off that counter everyday and I'm betting you don't clean it after they pick up what they've purchased. Also... just move the phone if you don't want someone near it. I won't be back.
