The staff was very welcoming and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast staff was very nice and ask if we needed anything. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was bright and cheerful. Lots of food choices nearby.

The only major issue is the tv only has a few channels that are not sports related . The ladies at the desk very nice and helpful

First floor room (107) next to pantry room. Weekend was busy with teenage sports events and they were all over the place with high volume chatters. At 5.00am, noise level from staff preparing complimentary breakfast was high and could not go back to sleep. Absolutely worst stay and experience.

The best staff I’ve ever met. They were all so friendly and helpful. Rina was extremely helpful! The rooms where clean and comfortable. The lobby was a fun hangout space and it was very welcoming.

Tru is no frills. Comfortable bed, clean room and decent breakfast. Just a place to sleep for the night. However, they do have 24 hr free coffee and a pool table, so there's that

Room was clean. Gym was great (towels available, water cooler, good variety of cardio machines and weights for a smaller hotel. Outdoor fire was nice. Breakfast was decent with a lot of variety. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay close to soccer fields...

Great stay. Nice clean rooms. Only issue was we needed quarters for the laundry room, but the front desk didn't have change and said money was locked up and he didn't have a key. We had to leave and find a store to go get change, which was very inconvenient. Washer and dryer had an option to use a card but it only allowed quarters.

The staff at Tru by Hilton were great. Everybody was friendly and helpful. Candous was very helpful over the phone. When we got to the hotel, they had everything ready for us. Aiko was helpful to our players. She made sure we got what we wanted in the lobby/lounge areas. We played pool and hung out in this area. The bathrooms were great as well. You don't have to bring shampoo/conditioner or body wash because it's provided on the walls. The same goes for lotion and soap. The breakfast was way better than I thought it would be. It had waffles, pancakes that you make fresh. They had eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, bagels, cereal, yogurt, and so much more. The coffee was good also. This place is more of a modern mentalist urban style. I would recommend this place weather it's for business/pleasure or solo/groups.Rooms: The rooms were great! The pillows and bed could be better. Other than that, we enjoyed it.Nearby activities: This place is close to shopping and restaurants. In an emergency, the hospital is across the road.Food & drinks: The breakfast was great. There are tons of different foods to choose from.

We had such a delightful stay, the staff is awesome and attentive, very clean rooms and common areas, the breakfast was great too!! AND I lost an earring and had to come back after checkout and was able to retrieve it. Talk about cherry on top ?
