This location was amazing and the lady was so helpful! But as for Uhaul- The app/ remote checkin/ return process needs major overahall. It wouldn’t allow me to check in with the app, luckily the location was open to assist. The app froze and crashed when I tried returning the truck, requiring me to chat with a representative. This seems to be the normal since this happened the last 2 times I’ve used uhaul. Not very reliable.

The staff at this location is the ABSOLUTE BEST that I have ever worked with. Sooo incredibly kind and helpful! Give this woman a raise!!! She deserves it! The next time I need a uhaul, I will definitely be using this location again!

I give u haul place itself an amazing experience. But the Sam’s mover I booked through u haul to help move we’re good at moving. I scheduled for 3 hours and it only took hour and 45. I figured they’d still charge for 2 hours just round up. But called aduardo from Sam’s moving and they said they will not refund unused time. So wouldn’t give me refund for the hour they did not help.
