The tech staff was very knowledgeable and even though the problem wasn't repairable they were able to point me to the manufactures extended replacement warranty due to it being a known defect with that model.

My phone hinge broke on my fold 3 was told by Samsung to go to this location to have my phone repaired as it was covered under warranty. They denied the repair unless I paid 385.00 I left called Samsung back and they sent me a replacement phone always double check your warranty and protection plan and be careful with this place .

I'd give 0 stars if I can. The computer fan is broken, they told me Home+ don’t cover it. And after I got repair there and spent $170, the fan noise became louder, the speed was uncontrollable, and the fan could not be turned off automatically after shutdown. Will never go there for repairs again

I have used them 3 times now for Amal phone cleanings and now to fix my Mac. Unfortunately they weren’t able to help speed up my computer. But they were honest and responsive the whole time! I recommend them to everyone!

Asurion phone and tech repair did a great job! Fixed my problem and did it in an hour. They were helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Over all a great experience!

The company replied regarding my request on line in a short amount of time. Ethan was very helpful at the shop and spent time listening and answering all of my questions. Another staff member called me to go over the results and his honest advice regarding my laptop was very much appreciated.

Very friendly, helpful staff. My son's Xbox controller wasn't working. They listened to him explain what was happening. They then showed him what was wrong and explained what they would need to do to fix it. I'm just impressed they took the time with my 10 year old to talk with him. Originally said it would be done the next day, but ended up being a same day fix.

I brought in my Chromebook because it was it was not charging and they were able to diagnose and repair my Chromebook by ordering a new battery at a fair price. I will definitely be taking any future electronic repairs I need done to this store.

Went in to get my iPhone 13 Pro Max screen replaced on a insurance claim and they bent a latch putting it back together which made the top right corner of my screen not seat with the frame, letting in dust and debris.

I will say this, the issues that I came in with did end up being resolved. However, this repair was far from a success. What I ended up with is something far worse than what I started out with. I came in seeking to get my PS4 cleaned and the disc drive repaired. The PS4 got cleaned. The disc drive however, is where the big issue happens. The PS4 no longer reads ANY disc's now. This was an issue that I did not have to begin with and honestly, if I knew this was going to happen, I would've never brought it in. Now, instead of a moderately dirty PS4 with a wonky disc drive that actually reads disc's, I have a clean PS4 with a disc drive that functions, but now the PS4 cannot read any disc's. The entire process was pointless.

Can I give less than a one-star? They should change their name to ubreakwe'llbreakittoo. Poor communication and no acceptance of responsibility.I was on a trip from out of town and my MacBook Pro power button stopped working. I dropped it off on a Monday afternoon and they diagnosed it and said they would order a part and that it would be ready on Thursday. When I returned on Friday, they hadn't even started working on my laptop and didn't communicate prior that it would not be ready. After they searched for the part for over 30 minutes, they changed their diagnosis. Instead, it had a loose connection. After waiting another hour, it was finally ready. However, they broke my camera in the process which required a new screen. My local ubreakifix store called their location to discuss the issue but they refused to accept responsibility, even though I paid over $50 to the Murfreesboro location.Bottom line, it ended up costing $487.59 to replace the screen. All due to their negligence. Stay away!
