Excellent service even during busy hours
Staff were friendly and ready to help. I got assistance quickly despite the crowd, and the checkout was impressively fast. One of the team members even introduced me to some new products I hadn’t seen before. Great experience overall

New hair, new confidence!
I came to Autumn wanting a change—something fresh but natural. With my dark roots, I wasn’t sure how a balayage would turn out, but wow… she nailed it. Actually, she went beyond what I imagined!
Not only did the color come out amazing, but Autumn was so reassuring every step of the way. She listened, understood exactly what I was going for, and brought it to life.

I had the best experience getting my hair done by Gracee! From the moment I sat in her chair, she was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. She really listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that, my hair turned out absolutely amazing!
Not only is she super talented, but her friendly and warm personality made the whole appointment such a pleasure. I left the salon feeling confident and so happy with the result. I’ll definitely be coming back to see Gracee again. Highly recommend her if you're looking for someone who truly cares and knows what they’re doing!

I’ve been going to Autumn at Ulta for a few years now, and every single visit is a 10/10 experience. She really listens to what I want, gives great advice when I’m unsure, and always delivers results that go beyond my expectations. She is a perfectionist! The cut, color, and styling are always on point — I leave feeling confident and refreshed every time. Plus, the atmosphere is warm, professional, and welcoming. She is the only one I trust with my hair. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a talented and reliable hairdresser!

Autumn has been doing my hair for the last several months and she is phenomenal! I couldn’t love it, her, or the entire experience more. Every time I see her, I never feel rushed. She always takes the time to make sure we’re on the same page about what I want and to offer suggestions or ask questions when needed. She has cut my hair into a short bob in the babiest of steps to make sure I’m comfortable with each length and I’ve come to trust her fully to make sure I’m leaving with hair that looks great and will grow out well! She’s so personable and easy to talk to which makes the experience even better. Highly recommend working with her!

I’ve seen Sandra in the past and have always left feeling confident and cared for—she is consistently exceptional. Today, I had the pleasure of being seen by Allison, with assistance from Laurie, and the experience was just as amazing. Their teamwork, talent, and genuine care made all the difference.
As an Area Manager in a service-based industry myself, I know how important it is to recognize the people who truly go above and beyond—and this team absolutely does. As a busy working mom, I’m so grateful to never feel judged or rushed during my visits. Instead, it’s a chance to reset and feel cared for in the best way.
And the store staff?? Always helpful (I am so uneducated when it comes to beauty products), kind, and welcoming. Every interaction reflects a true commitment to customer care and pride.

We made an appointment to get my child’s ears pierced since last week. We got there. Waited 40 minutes past our appointment time. We finally get in a chair. The lady tells us they’re out of something and we can go buy it and come back (they don’t sell the solution there so we’d have to go venture out and find it).
I don’t understand how the appointment was made LAST WEEK and we waited almost an hour past and then they’re out of the stuff and wanted us to go out and buy it and come back???? I’m so shocked. I love ulta but this was the biggest let down.. they could have made sure they had the product before making us sit there and wait that long..
