Lost our package. Told us it was on a truck and out for delivery when it wasnt. Then said they brought it back to this warehouse and for us to pick it up. Went to pick it up and they couldnt find it.

Judging by these copy and pasted replies, they clearly don't care. This company has grown too big to care about service. Too many customers, so a few upset ones don't matter. Typical American customer service.... absolute waste of time. Just use FedEx.

Payed for overnight shipping. When they came to drop off my package it required a signature. They left the sticker on my door.I. signed the back of the sticker left on my door to release my package but they just stuck another sticker next to it and didn’t deliver my package. They new sticker said I had to pick it up at this hub. When I went to the hub to get my package they said it was on the truck for delivery which I will not be able to sign for today. So they lied about me being able to pick it up. I wasted an hour going out there and still do not have my overnight delivery 4 days later. They said I have to return again to pick up my package tomorrow. So two trips to the hub to get my overnight package. Thanks a lot ups. Try harder next time.

First time choosing UPS, I wished that I had saved my time and effort. I shipped a time sensitive package Thursday to be delivered Saturday. The ETA started at 4pm, 7pm, and lastly 8pm. Learned at 11 minutes til 9 that at a quarter til 9 the package was attempted to be delivered. I had been on the phone with them all day. The Memphis distribution center doesn't have a number for customers, only the call center can call them. I will choose the postal service or FedEx in the future. I will never choose them again. ?

Good luck! Good luck trying to call this place! The ONLY way to make contact by phone is through their automated operator, and it doesn't understand letters or numbers and hangs up on you.BUT BUT BUTonce I got in there, a couple of really good dudes and their manager got my situation straightened out, so A+ on the humans working there.

UPS lost 2 of my packages this past Thursday. Both were marked as delivered. I reviewed our video surveillance for the delivery stamp time and date and received absolutely NO deliveries. I called the 800 customer service # and can’t understand ANY of the reps on the phone and there’s no one to contact locally! I really don’t understand the difficulty of making sure the address on the package matches the address on the house you deliver to! I need my packages! UPS has become such a joke!

The worker working in customer service was very nice and friendly. He told me that I could wait inside for my package to arrive back at the ups center because I missed the delivery that required a signature upon receipt.. I waited outside and when the truck arrived he brought it out to me in the parking lot. Great service.

Not sure why Amazon provides a place to make a note about where to leave a package because UPS doesn't seem to read them or even think for themselves. You'd think if you rolled up with a package and there were a bunch of dogs in the yard you might try putting the package out of their reach, which was what the note said. But no. Just leave it out there on the ground so they can haul it of and chew it up. Man, thanks a lot UPS. Just read the note next time okay?

Took 4 boxes of k12 books and printer into customer department. We was greeted by a man and he signed books in.. Took no more than 3 mins to scan stuff in. Excellent place to do business with.

Great customer service! I have to stop here about 4 out of 5 days per week to mail packages and the guys here are so kind and are always so good to me! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
