I was in the UPS store # 2467- 1784 W Nortfield Blvd, Murfreesboro this morning around 11 am. I needed to print a PDF copy from my phone. Amy was the customer service representative that assisted. I've been trying to get this printed since 6/11/25. By the way I've done this numerous times in the past, today however, it went to different store location, wouldn't print, unable to open attachment, etc!!! To the owners Jonathan & Melanie Boles: Amy was very knowledgeable as every time we were throw a curve, she had a different solution to try. Amy was tendinatious and an never give up attitude are attributes that you look for in your personal!! I can't praise her kindness and willingness to explain the issues and the fixes in layman terms. I will tell my friends and associates to visit your store before going to a different location. THANK YOU, Amy, Again for all your help this morning. Amazing job preformance!!!!!

I'm a small business owner and regular customer for shipping and Amy always remembers me by name and makes sure everything goes as smoothly as possible every time I come in. Even though I moved closer to another UPS Store location, I still drive across town for the customer service here.

I am a professional auctioneer. I offer shipping nationwide to my clients. I have used different vendors but none is as easy and reliable to work with as this UPS! Amy is legitimately the best to work with. She knows me by name and always takes care of me.

Horrible ! I sent a gift to be picked up for my little sisters birthday . I live 600 miles away they wouldn’t let her pick up the package unless it was me . It was clearly stated the package was from Amazon as a gift , family had to call me I showed my ID and they still wouldn’t give the package . Absurd !!!! This was for my 11 yr old sister who now won’t receive a birthday gift .

What a great experience today at this location. It was my first time making an international shipment and despite not knowing the process and requirements, I had all the receptivity and support from Amy and Casey to send it. The employees are always so nice and helpful.
Today I had a really tricky return and needed to buy the right size box. Josie went above and beyond helping me by looking at the dimensions from my purchase, but when that was a little bit hard to say for sure, she asked if I had it with me and ended up helping me disassemble my item and get the perfect size box.
The store was slow at the time so she kept no one waiting. Thank you, Josie!

Amy and Jane at this store are awesome. They go above and beyond to help customers. I had been to another store 2 times and both times recieved no help. I will always go to the UPS STORE on Northfield in Murfreesboro, TN. I had a QR code which was not the best but these ladies got it to work. They are super friendly and are ready to help instantly. They are fabulous employees. Like I said above and beyond to help
