I only take my packages to UPS no where else they have the best location, best service, the nicest most helpful team members that work there, easy getting in and out in a short time they are fast professional and they know there job also very reasonable prices and very clean stores

I believe that to work with clients, you need to have something called people skills. The girl who helped me yesterday was so rude and inpatient with me. I hope she gets a job she really enjoys.

Terrible customer service. I dropped off a prepaid package for overnight delivery. It never made it to the UPS driver that picked up that evening. The next day when the package was supposed to have been delivered the website still showed it in the store! I called the store and was informed “it’s not here” even though the associate never even bothered to look for it. He told me to call UPS which I did. They in turn called the store and got the same answer I did. Again the associate never bothered to look. That evening the package was finally scanned by the UPS driver which means that the package was in the store the entire time! I paid for overnight delivery which I did not get. I only received terrible customer service.

Everything was perfect! Walked in with Amazon return and it was like they were waiting and ready! I was out the door in minutes! They smile too and are happy to see you walk in! Great customer care!
