The store manager and staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful to assist me in fixing a shipping mistake I made with an important package. They went above and beyond to help me and were so gracious and understanding.

I had an issue during my visit. Submitted a customer service request on their website for a call back. Johnathan the manager called me immediately, explained where we were mixed up and made it better. I will be back.

Over the years, I've had a consistently satisfying experience with this store. Their service is always fast and dependable, and Connor was friendly and helpful! And the store is always clean!

First off, not impressed dealing with a young lady with a metal piercing hanging out of her nose. Second was she asked for all of my personal info, mailing address, phone number and email to put in her system. I asked why they needed it and she said I just like to have it and when I asked do I have to give you all that just to mail an envelope she said “well no I just like to have it” (again). I don’t won’t to be in everyone’s system just because they like it have it. that is why we have so much fraud. Just left a different place not UPS and they swiped my card without an issue.

$20 for ONE box?? All I needed to was drop off two monitors for an AMAZON DROP OFF and Roz from Monsters Inc made me purchase a box AND packing materials.. for an AMAZON DROP OFF.

This place is defiantly undervalued imo. It has always been a place where I just drop off Amazon returns or on the rare case get something notarized. on 3/7.23 I went to print out over 100 pages to make training binders for work and everyone there absolutely stepped up to help. I had issues with the quality of the copies and they were quick to rectify the problem. When the copies didn't work they were quick to offer to reprint if I had the digital file. Connor, Jonathan and Megan were all very professional, helpful, patient, understanding and always quick to offer a solution for whatever problem I encountered. After going to FedEx for all my printing needs in the past I will now be going to this UPS store. Might I also add that their prices are SO much more reasonable.

Johnathon always goes above and beyond every single time we step into this store. He always is sure to make sure I don’t feel like a bother and gets what I need done even when nothing seems to be going right. He’s their most friendly employee

There was a very long line and took a long time. I am younger and my mom was trying to teach me about how to do things when I am an adult, so she made me go return one of her packages for her. One of the workers walked out and said she could take the Amazons drop offs (mine was an Amazon drop off) and I obviously didn’t know what I was doing. And not even 2 seconds later there was already 4 in the line. Another worker said he could help me at his desk, i then told him I was a Amazon drop off. The worker that was helping me said some snarky remarks about how it was to late to go in that line now that there was 4 people already in the line. I am not sure if he was being like that because I am not white or that I am young but either was I am disgusted.Please teach your workers to do better!

Went in having no idea what i needed to do to get a an item purchased from my store across country. Everyone there is extremely friendly that ive dealt with. Jonathan, went above and beyond with helping me. Even saved me money with his knowledge. Thanks to him i got a 5 star review for my first major sale. Great folks great service.

I am so upset and disappointed in this store and the owner, Janet. I needed to get my computer from Murfreesboro to California after moving and considered driving to TN to drive it back to California so it wouldn't be damaged. My computer was perfect and had been designed specifically for my needs. I spent thousands of dollars to have this computer built and it was in perfect condition.I went to UPS and they assured me that I could ship it through them and get insurance to cover it just in case. We had an entire conversation about how nervous I was about this. I took a risk and regret it. I got $5,000 worth of insurance just in case.When it arrived I FaceTimed my mother because I was excited. I needed to use it that night. I had been waiting on the computer to arrive to be able to set up an audiobook recording gig. The box seemed okay, just minor damage. The packaging seem okay however the screen was face down in the box and didn't have as much padding as I would have done myself but there was a lot of packaging on top of it. I was confused at why there wasn't a single fragile stamp on the box anywhere. I walked my mother through opening it. Everything seemed fine until I unwrapped the final bubble wrap which I had put on there myself. Glass went everywhere. The entire screen was shattered and the frame was bent. When I turned it on, it was slow and the screen was tinted pink with a grid across the entire screen. A couple of times it just cut off with no warning.That night I went online and filed a claim which turns out I did wrong. They say they called me the night I filed the claim but I had zero missed calls and no messages or email. I took screen shots of everything. I waited a while then finally my mom went to the store to see what the hold up was. We went through an entire process to file the claim correctly only for them to say they weren't sending anyone out to look at the damage and that they weren't going to pay.By this time, I had to purchase a new computer and would have used the money from the insurance as reimbursement. I have done nothing wrong and didn't need or want a new computer. What is the point of paying for insurance? I guess I should have assumed that they would try to do this and I should have videoed the entire process. At least I was on FaceTime and had a witness. At least I kept everything exactly as it arrived and heavily documented everything. I am glad I took screenshots of my original claim, too.I would not and cannot in good conscience recommend using UPS store #3534 or #3535 because they cannot be trusted to do the right thing. I spent $276 on insurance for nothing. I've never sued anyone in my life and honestly have never wanted to but also, it is not okay for people to treat other people like this.
