I recently used the print services at my local UPS Store, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process with patience and expertise., and exactly what I needed for my project.The turnaround time was impressively quick, and the pricing was very reasonable

Edit: visited again today, 6/20/24.I was charged $3.51 to have a label retrieved from email and printed.
This place is a joke. The Postal Annex down the road does it for free.
Staff is super nice, though!!!
I visited this location to return a package from Amazon. Amazon sent me an email that contained the complete label, with an option to email the label to a third party, so I didn't bother printing it at home. I assumed that just like the Post Office or FedEx, they would print the label for me at no cost. I arrived at this UPS store, and after waiting in line altogether too long waiting for the employees to get done talking to each other, I get told that there will be a series of fees that I have to pay in order for them to print this email. The associate wasn't completely sure of the breakdown of the charges themselves, but overall it ended up being just over $3.00 to open an email, open the attachment, print a single piece of paper and affix it to a box. This is an absolute joke. If this is a corporate store, they shouldn't do that, and if this is an independently owned store, they get a kickback for every package they handle, so they actually gain money by taking these packages, which would offset the printing cost.I kept my package and left because I have a printer at home and go to the office once a week and we have a UPS dropbox I was going to put this in. Coincidentally, I was in such disbelief that this place charged $3 to print a single sheet of paper that I called the next store on Google in the area that takes UPS packages, and I was informed by the Postal Annex further down the road that they would be happy to print the label for me for free. They were in between this UPS store and my house, so I dropped it off on the way home for no charge, and I couldn't have been happier.
This location is a joke.

Ms. Sherry is outstanding!
She went above and beyond, very friendly, patient & kind!
I needed several copies and encountered an issue retrieving a document, however, she came up with a solution which absolutely made my day!

Been trying to get in contact with customer service for over a pack that hasn't arrived. Just have to tell them there was a slight error in the address when entered. Can't even speak to a person becuase the system won't let me. There's no reason why it has to be this difficult.

Curtis went out of his way to help me with my shredding. Sundra was professional, friendly and funny in her interactions. When needed, she stepped up even more as I heard her patiently, efficiently, and effectively assist a couple who could not speak English. Both of these employees were great faces for the UPS store brand. Service was great! Thank you Curtis and Sundra for taking a routine errand and making it a blessing!
