I have been with US Bank for a long time; I think it's horseshit that they will deduct funds to pay my CC bill immediately but not post it to my checking immediately....seriously considering closing all my US Bank accounts and going with Wells Fargo or Bank of America.

I’ve been trying to get ahold of this branch over the phone for TWO DAYS because I think someone stole a check and it was cashed at this branch. I’m trying the phone because I don’t want to drive all the way there (from Manchester) just to be turned away. I haven’t yet gotten an answer despite calling multiple times, all DURING BUSINESS HOURS. The phone just rings and no one answers at all. Apparently no one at this branch cares about answering the phone. And there’s also no way to leave a message

They are lazy and very cold! I was treated and felt like I was at Germany and the tellers we're the Gestapo! The worst greeting I seeing in a bank!

Always a wait in drive through even when no one is in line. Today i waited 7 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and help me. ATM is down most of the time never takes deposits. Used to love this bank

Unprofessional management and employee they called me for credit card offers year ago and I accepted it then I found out it’s $500 credit card when I have another credit card with $12000 and I never late one day how stupid that!!Then called me again for another offer and rather to go in person and this time they didn’t approve my request eventually they hit my credit score bad

Terrible, terrible customer service. Everytime I come here I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes in the drivethru and there was only one other car in line today. What the heck is going on here. Never have to wait like this at any other branches.

Overall, most U.S. Bank branches I've been to are friendly and courteous. I honestly don't know how corporate allows this location to operate the way it does. I just avoid this branch if I need to speak to a person. Every interaction at this branch I've been met with some form of either condescension or annoyance. I recommend the one inside the Publix near South Church Street.
