Would give negative stars if I could! All I've got from this bank was several mistakes which made me regret the decision of leaving BOA and transfer my assets to US Bank! From misspelled/wrong address in check books (they were redone 3 times and the last one still came wrong!) to a wrong name requested credit card (names don't match so it cannot be added to the mobile app, cannot check statements or even make a payment)! After requesting a new card with the right name and 1h on the phone, it still doesn't work! I don't even have a banker because the two I had were a failure! Very disappointing and frustrating!

This is the worst U.S. branch. The manager and the others who work there were rude and did not collaborate.

My review is not about this branch. My review is because of the online fraud department and customer service. I understand and appreciate the fact that they protect me. but normally they call me or text and and I verify and we are fine. However, today I tried to pay a vendor for work on Zelle, and I got a message that said that it was a communication error to please try again. I tried it again and the same thing. I then called them to be put on hold for over an hour then transferred from one person another for 30 minutes, verified 5 times to then be told that they cannot help me to call back in two days and they will reactivate. I cannot even go into the bank. I was also informed that they do not even call me to notify me of an issue or to unlock the account. Extremely upset at this type of service!!!!

Hours state open until 5. Closed early an hour before scheduled time. No note on door letting the public know. Poor service

Been to drive through quite a few times. Lady with dark brown hair needs customer service experience! Does not say please and thank you, I’ve been cut off a few times from her, needed more things and she just sent the tube back and walked off. Then when you ring her back to get the info I already asked for, she said can you send the tube back. Puts Info into tube and sends back and walks off again! Doesn’t even ask if I need anything else or anything! I won’t be going back to that bank! Too many bad experiences with Customer Service over there!

Sat for over 30 minutes at the drive thru window to simply try to deposit some money. Other customers pulled out of line and left it took so long....absolutely ridiculous!! They only had one person at the drive thru and only one person inside to assist customers.
