Terrible customer service and they will use any excuse not to deliver your package. I know usps workers deal with a lot but I constantly have problems here.

I never write reviews and I ship at this location all the time. Never had a bad experience until yesterday. Long story short, NEVER again!!!!! Just asking a simple question or needing guidance felt like the biggest inconvenience to the employees, particularly one male employee (didn’t get his name). I don’t know who pissed in his cereal but how disgusting and rude can you possibly be?!?! I know postal service workers deal with a lot, but come on!!!! Do better!!!! You don’t have to be nasty and rude to others because you’re unhappy!!!! Never have to worry about seeing me again

I cannot thank the team enough! My daughter's dress for my dad's celebration of life had been misplaced and within in an hour they hand delivered my package to my house. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Had a package marked as delivered but not show up, came in and let the employees know and they immediately got with their supervisor who checked GPS and contacted the carrier. Package showed up later that evening. Best service I've ever had at a post office.

Incompetence at its finest! Starting at the source! I’m not sure the hiring practices of USPS but I assure you, it needs improvement! I shipped a package on 1/4 at 11:30 am be delivered within 2 days. As of 1/13 the package has still not been delivered! They have also been unwilling to provide any updates, refund or ratification. Never again in life!

The laziness of these drivers is astounding. They can't even walk up my driveway to my packages on the porch, rather they set them ON TOP OF MY MAILBOX. This is extremely annoying and unprofessional and I hope the drivers of this postal service can stop being so lazy and incompetent.

Waiting for delivery that- according to tracking, should have been delivered yesterday. Was not. Talked with a female who looked up the info. The tracking shows that it arrived in M’boro early yesterday and was out for delivery. Somehow- it was sent to McMinnville. Lady said that it should be delivered today. Today- tracking shows that it went from Nashville to McMinnville and was sent to M’boro. Informed delivery for today said “out for delivery”— nope. We’ve had three separate delivery trucks on our street today. These folks- not the delivery folks are some of the most difficult people on earth to deal with. They lie to your face, anything to get you to shut up. They answer the phone maybe once per day. I just spent a half hour calling but they refuse to talk to their customers. The whole “management” crew should be fired and replaced with people who actually realize that the customer comes first.

I never have a good experience here unless it’s a pre labeled package. If this wasn’t the location linked to my address and zip code, I would never come here. My packages say received by local delivery company for over a week and I drive across town and can’t tell me anything about my package. Wouldn’t look by my address and had me step aside. I had to leave bc I had already been there for 20 minutes

Both Josh and Eden deserve 5️⃣ stars ⭐️ for how they interact with the long lines of people each time I’ve been in this USPS location. It’s not an easy job taking on the public at a US post office but these two do so friendly and kindly every time. Thanks, guys!
