“This is my regular vape store I've been shopping here for over a year and pretty much exclusively. They have a great rewards program but the new hire is not friendly borderline rude and making me rethink shopping elsewhere I thought about putting a low star rating but I hate to judge the store off of three bad experiences but I go here at least every other week and I spend at least $50 every time I go in so customer service is kind of important and I don't need to be pampered but today I spent $60 got five items and was not offered a bag which would have been difficult to carry out if I were by myself. Hopefully customer service training can help.”
